Hard working, friendly staff.Great value. Perhaps at least one gluten free bitter even in bottle would be appreciated. Not high strength lager. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended.

Great breakfast, staff are excellent food arrived quickly. Only downside side is the coffee isn’t very nice at all. Otherwise this is an excellent pub, once again Weatherspoons showing the pub industry that doing the basics well works.

This Spoon's is in a great location in the town. However it is now showing it's she a bit and could do with a refurb. It can be quite dark in the bar area, so try for a table in the raised rear seating area. This also has some views of Queens Park and the carillon tower.

First time at wspoons. 6 for breakfast, service very good.all food and coffee,s excellent. We will be hunting out wspoons when we go away. Full marks to the staff as it was very busy but they kept it flowing with a smile.leave means leave . ( EXCELLENT)

Great place when it's quiet, but it's a student town so rarely is outside of term times. Regardless, a great example of what the Wetherspoon chain can do, when they do it like this. Unfortunately to the chain, to set an example like this, I'm only ever going to be disappointed. But 5 stars to you guys
