No wifi, very slow service - bar staff tend to serve friends/locals first even though I was at the bar first. Was sold a packet of out of date crisps which were soft and inedible and when I returned them bar girl was very unfriendly, no apologies - told me she couldn't do refunds and that I had to wait for a manager, after about 45 mins when I was leaving I eventually got a refund from manager who did apologise. Staff need training in customer services. Food is very basic.

Really good beer and perfect location for a summer's day if you're walking along the canal or on a barge. Only downside is when we went there was no veggie options on the Sunday.
