I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. People working inside, apart from a couple of them that I would save, the rest were rude as hell and extremely unhelpful. It looked like they all were in hangover from a rave the night before and had no will of working and offer a minimum of customer service. I was embarrassed to have brought my family inside to have such a terrible experience. The worst working staff that I’ve ever seen in my life. They should be ashamed of them.

Always the same experience in Vapiano, can’t go wrong with it. Prices keep going up and you might find better quality in a restaurant for the same price. But it is always a good place to grab something to eat.

Horrible service! Had to queue approx 50 mins to be served by the chef who wasn't even trying to soeed a bit up. Very disappointing as I've spent my lunchtime queueing for italian "fast food". DON'T EVER GO THERE

This place has chefs that cook the meal of your choice right in front of your very eyes. The aroma is fab, the portion is generous and the meal tastes so so good. We got there about 11.45 am, early enough to beat the lunch time rush. By 12.30 there were loads of office workers. Oh, the ingredients are also fresh.

A concept-chain where you order as it's being prepared in front of you. Vapiano is unique in that you allegedly boss the chef around in to how you like your pasta, which doubles up for fussy eaters as it's also a cooking-lesson for the consumer. Ingredients are fresh, with the pasta being made from scratch on-site daily. I recommend trying the spelt-spaghetti base for something different (and healthier), gamberetti spinaci or the carbonara. Pizza's are surprisingly below average. Free gummy bears when you pay is a quirky little touch!

A very enjoyable experience at an unusual Italian restaurant near the Globe Theatre. If you order pasta or a salad they prepare it on the counter in front of you. More importantly it was delicious and not expensive by London standards. Will certainly go there again.
