Terrible Service, I cannot understand why these people have not got the common courtesy to respond to genuine queries. I am still waiting 2 weeks later. Arrogance beyond compare in that they can pick and choose who they want as customers. I suspect the moral of the story is unless you have got £50 notes sticking out of your pockets don't waste your time-they are just not bothered about the common person!! Avoid at all costs. Shame I cannot give them 0 stars.
