I initially looked at the Carguru website as this was recommended to me by a local garage.However, their monthly repayments were unrealistic for my budget. Luckily I chanced upon Buyacar with a wide range of the cars I was interested in, PLUS the repayments were much more to my liking.
I was torn between getting a small, stylish Vauxhall Adam or a sporty Mazda MX5 or Fiat 124 Spider. I choice between head or heart.
The advisor at Buyacar pretty much made my choice for me, as it camde down to what I could afford. I was delighted to learn that I had an Excellent Credit Rating and that I would qualify for their lowest interest rate; so I went with the Fiat Spider. (I had also agonised over whether to go for the Mazda or the Fiat, but in the end it came down to which one looked more eye-catching & stylish - heart won over head).
Buying a new car and dealing with the large sums of money involved can be a stressful process, but everyone at Buyacar eased my anxiety at every step; and my car was safely delivered to my door within about 10 days of me making the initial phone call.

Buyacar were fantastic from start to finish. My Nissan Juke was in beautiful condition and delivered within a couple of weeks despite it being during a difficult time because of covid 19. I was kept up to date with any progress by phone and email, everyone I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful.I’d highly recommend them to anyone considering buying a vehicle through them.

I bought a new car (Hyundai Tucson) through Buyacar and I used my old car as part exchange. Surprisingly for me, the whole experience was so smooth and straightforward that it felt like a walk in the park. The Buyacar team took care of all details, in a timely and organized manner: from the financial contract, to dealing with the supplier and arranging the delivery, and they kept me well informed through all the steps, which I much appreciated. I was wary about parting with so much money to an unknown (to me) company to buy a car I hadn't seen in the flesh. After checking out the company, its directors and agents online, I convinced myself all was well and went ahead with the purchase.
I would have been happier if the agents could have given me some more information about the car other than just photos to look at, although as middle men I suppose they aren't privy to much detail about any I individual car.
The car arrived on time as previously agreed on the phone and the driver found his own way home.
I've had the car a couple of weeks now and am very happy with it. If you are like me and worried about buying a car online, I'd say do it. You get much more choice than you would buying locally, it's delivered to your door at an agreed time and comes with a guarantee if you're not happy with your purchase.

Was a little concerned about using an on line car buying service but I couldn't have been more wrong. From start to finish the service provided was excellent, the product was competitively priced, well described and supporting pictures but most importantly the communication was timely, clear and very concise. I was waiting for something to go wrong - nothing did.
I'm struggling to think of something to moan about because all on-line reviews do so here you go - would have been nice to have some car mats but that's the best I can do.
Most likely I will use again - but not for a few years. Love the car.

Excellent service from start to finish. The whole process took 2 weeks, it would have been shorter however the car I originally chose there was an issue with which I was really happy with how it was dealt with. The whole time I was kept in the loop with what was going on and advised me on a new car to choose.
The delivery was quick and let me know an hour before they were arriving. I’ve now had the car for two weeks and I’ve had no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to use them again in the future

The process of finding and then purchasing a car was a very simple and straightforward one. At every stage of the process I was kept informed as to what was happening and what I could expect next. The delivery of the car was arranged at a time to suit me and I was informed of some minor issues with the car and this was sorted to my satisfaction. All that I would have liked was the information regarding the warranty a little bit quicker so I knew what I was covered for. However as soon as I got in touch this was sent to me very promptly. All round a great service and I am extremely happy with my new car.

I had a really great experience with Buy-a-car. Once I found my car and expressed an interest I had a call back on the same day and it was this same contact I dealt with throughout the entire process. Customer service was excellent and my point of contact made me feel like he was really invested in getting me a great car rather than being 'just another customer'. A fantastic service throughout. I had my car delivered to my door, the whole process took around ten days.
The staff were so helpful, helping set my budget and then in finding the car I wanted. I had a few queries along the way and they were answered very thoroughly and promptly.
My new car was exactly as described, covered by warranty, just serviced and of course came with a new mot.
Best of all the car was priced extremely well too. I thought I'd be paying a little extra, but nope, considering the model, year and really low mileage on my car, I got an absolute bargain. I was well chuffed.
All in all in a fantastic experience and company to deal with. I will certainly use them again.
