Thorough professionals and true enthusiasts. Beautiful classics for sale, as well as amazing new and collectible cars. If James Bond needed a new car, this is where he would come.

I live in Manchester and I spent the weekend in London. I was interested in purchasing a Brabus G class for my wife since her Range Rover is giving us problems. Me and my two sons happened to come across Bob Forstner on Park Lane and saw a G class Mercedes. I was going to ask if was available but first as there were other interesting cars that I was admiring before asking for the details of the Gclass. When the employee opened the door he treated us like we were inferior to him and another member of staff rudely didn’t even get up from his desk to open the door when we buzzed to get in. My younger son age 12 opened the door to the g class since it was unlocked and a member of staff rushed over and told Him off for opening a car door in a showroom and telling him to “please leave” and rudely escorting him outside. Why do they have a showroom if customers cannot open unlocked cars they are interested In. I would like to say how bad the service is in this showroom and how the members of staff think they are superior to their customers and treat them like dirt. I have experienced better service in less luxury showrooms and even better service in other high class showrooms such as Bentley in Barkley square which is now where I am in a process of buying a Bentayga from. I do not recommend this showroom to anyone and if there was an option to give it a lower rating then one star I certainly would. You lost yourselves a customer and words cannot explain how frustrated I am that me and especially my child were treated like that.

I was walking around London when I saw the dealership and a 993 RS inside, as a Porsche enthusiast I thought that it would be a great idea to ring the bell and take a look at it, when de lady inside saw me , she decided to reject me. Big mistake rejecting someone just because that person is quite young (18), you never know who is going to ring the bell, it could be a buyer.

Brabus fog light. High level of customer service. Even though it was just a fog light brought from these guys the service I received was excellent. Why can't main dealers be the same.

There's always something interesting in the window for petrol heads and is - I think - the only factory-approved Brabus dealer in the country. It's a bit hit and miss as to whether it's open, but not too far from the beaten track and worth a walk past if you're interested and nearby.

Was walking around in Hyde Park to see some nice cars, when I saw that there were a Brabus dealership, I thought that it would be amazing to take look inside and see the Brabus 900 Rocket, so I pressed the button to the door bell and a woman came and opened the door, I said "Hi, can I take a look inside?" the woman said "If you give £2 to charity, you're welcome". Now what pisses me off is, you want to go around and take some nice pictures of cars that you don't see in the country where you come from, then the only dealership or showroom that was on my journey where you have to pay to get inside. Now I'm a big fan of Brabus, but to pay to get inside is not my cup tee. I understand it's a premium tuning brand but come on, less people want to get inside next time they go pass there. So I hope this place will take a lesson in how a premium dealership should be.
