I was impressed with their service. Their inspection charge is £120 per hour, MB Lakeside quoted me £175 and could only take the car 5 weeks later. Chelsea took the car the very next day. Told me what was going on and fixed the car which I believe was cost effective.

The few times I went there I have had great service. Dave and Rania are very nice. The whole team are like a family helping their customers. I went to Kwik fit before. And they said my tires and brake pads needed changing and when I came to Mercedes they said it was only half way and I don't need to change my tires and brake yet.
