Jag was introduced by a friend so that was a great start. I found him to be professional, knowledgable and able to adapt quickly to my ever changing needs. Jag clearly has a genuine passion for this industry and it wasn't a simple 'numbers game' for him but he genuinely wanted to be our long-term trusted advisor for our car and finance needs. I've found it's better to use a boutique style company like Rikon so you get a better level of care and service.

I had a shocking experience having purchased a car from them and arranged insurance I then spent £150 on a train journey down. Jag was initially 2 hours late for our handover meeting and then called to say there was a problem with car and could I wait another hour, after nearer 2 hours I had no call back. I had to travel back to Edinburgh at the cost of a further £150 as the car was not available. 9 hours of travel, eight hours of hanging around in London and a bunch of extra costs for HPI checks and insurance. No car, no compensation for costs and a frankly shambolic experience. I recommend you be very careful to ensure the car is both available and as described.

I bought a car from them last week. Contacted them Friday night and harry was good enough to keep in contact over the weekend providing photos, video tour and copies of all the documentation. The car was ready and waiting Monday morning and it was exactly as described, we had a very open and honest conversation about pricing, and after agreeing a deal I left my own car in their free and secure parking space while I took my family for a look around the local tourist sights. The car was MOTd while we had lunch and then we finished the deal and collected all in the same day. We did discover the wheels weren't properly balanced on the drive home, which to be fair no one would pick up because you can't drive over 60mph on park Lane, and they'd had the wheels refurbished for sale so they looked brilliant but the company doing it seem to have forgotten weights on 1 wheel - Harry is sorting the cost of that for me to do locally so I dont have to return to London. I had a better and more honest transaction with these guys than when I bought new from BMW and audi - I guess you get out of these transactions what you put in... i was ready to buy a car and they had a great car at a good price which was ready to go and accurately described. I'll be looking to use them again.

RIKON LONDON - SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
In November 2019, I agreed to let Rikon London sell my BMW I8 (SOR basis) and it was by far the worst decision I’ve ever made. They agreed to market my car at £47,500 and failed to sell my car within 6 months and when they did sell it, they sold it for £9,000 less, a huge loss financially for me.
But this isn’t the worst bit. Rikon London, specifically Jag Sidhu induced me into selling my car to them at the end of April because they knew I was desperate for a sale. I had no choice, they had failed to sell it over a 6 month period and of course we are entering a global recession. Jag specifically stated he would buy the car off of me for £35,500 and that he was taking a punt on buying it. Jag also said that if I didn’t commit to sell he would buy someone else's Range Rover. 3 days later and Rikon London bought the car.
A few weeks later, it was brought to my attention that the car had been sold as a guy reached out to me asking about the wrap. Below is a timeline of events;
On the 20th of April @ 9:43am an offer of £38,500 was made for my car and was subsequently accepted by Rikon at 16:01 that day. Rikon then proceeded to take a deposit from the buyer, for a vehicle they did not own, on 21 April @ 20:41. At no point was I made aware of the existence of such offer. On the 23rd Jag purchased the car from me and on the Friday the new owner drove it away.
To sum it up, Jag of Rikon London induced me to sell my car for an awful price as he knew I needed it gone. At the same time, he had already sold the car but made out as if it was my only option for a sale by letting him buy it due to the current climate.
I have professionally written to Rikon and Jag to give them the opportunity to own up to their mistakes and put this right. They have ignored my approach and therefore proved the nature of their business.

Had my Maserati GranTurismo car on a ‘sale or return’ basis for 6 months with no serious offers. I eventually took the car back and sold it myself.
However rather cheekily and without my permission they advertised it and continue to do so on their website as a car that they have sold. I brought this use of ‘poetic license’ to their attention shortly after collecting the car from them but they simply ignored me.
Given this I suspect a great number of cars they ‘advertise’ as sold have in fact never passed through their hands and certainly never been sold by them. In truth it’s fair to assume their actual turnover of cars sold is rather less than they might lead you to believe.
Be careful because they have no actual assets of their own so if they get into serious problems and sell your car and keep the cash you won’t be able to take them to court to recover your monies as they have none.

Brought a high performace car to my house as we had done a deal over the phone, the car was full of scratches .. had budget tyers on it and to top it of .. you cannot get in touch with them when needed.. i had to call from a friends phone just so they would puck up my calls

Very Poor. Stopped Communication when Vehicle Broke Down
Very Poor. Purchased AMG GTR, Problems from the onset vehicle broke down 5 times in the first month. Rejected vehicle under CRA 2015 however Rikon failed to respond and refused to respond to any communication now starting to pursue Legal action against both Finance house and Dealership.
