Retrospective review 2018. Arranged a test drive of srt jeep, got there and car was still in showroom. Obviously wasn't happening. Disappointed as took the morning off work, obviously thought I was tyre kicker. Anyway went and got a glc63s instead.

No parking space and hardly any display cars in stock. The staff are helpful but their hands are tied. Covid measurements could be stronger. Other car dealerships normally offer refreshments whilst you are waiting, this dealership doesn't at all.

Don’t bother with this place! Made an appointment to test drive a Jeep on Saturday had 2 phone calls to confirm one from them and one from myself to confirm the appointment. Turn up on the Saturday where they had my appointment but no car!! No apologies, no phone call to say that it wasn’t possible, no attempt to salvage the situation!! Poor response from “sales man” nothing he could do..... Don’t waste your time or Energy going here! If I could give 0 stars I would

I have had the best experience with Motor Village Marylebone, especially with James who was a pleasure to work with! After speaking with a few other 'car salesmen' he has been a breath of fresh air and I cannot recommend them more. From my first call, through the test drive and signing the paperwork right up to picking up my car James was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

My experience of Motor Village was fantastic. The staff here were great. But Adam Mansel in particular was extremely helpful throughout the process and it was his diligence and frank explanations of what I could purchase that made me choose Motor Village over all the other Fiat dealers in the UK. Absolutely incredible all-round service! Could not be faulted! No idea why anyone had complained about the service. I purchased a car with Adam one of the managers there and the experience was like no other, I was treated like royalty and looked after well from walking in to leaving with my new car! I am very very fussy when it comes to choosing a vehicle and I had been around a few dealerships and did not find what I wanted in vehicle choice nor customer service. From the minute I stepped in the door Adam was on point. Showed me around everything, took a few test drives, came back in and called a few times and everything was a pleasure. Adam was very efficient and knowledgeable also very friendly secretary staff. I have never purchased a vehicle and felt so good.

Wanted to check out Fiat 500 and sales person Antoine said we need to wait for the driver to see the interiors of the car. We can't see the car on display bcoz it's been sold. Almost 20 min later, a wealthier looking customer walked in and was shown the model on display right away. Really wierd. Well, We went to a different dealer, test drove and bought within 2 hrs. ---- Thank you for your responding.. i totally understand that if a car is sold, you can't and shouldn't allow anyone in. But i felt really bad when your sales agent opened that "sold" car to the next person who walked in.. what did i do to not deserve that kind off treatment..

Get an Abarth, but not from here. It's a lovely little car but I would never come back to this dealership again. Delivery date was not met, I was not contacted about the new expected delivery time, when I reached out to get information I received no response. Horrible service, completely unacceptable.

Turned up for test drive and car was not there despite having booked a slot over the phone two weeks before. Then the member of staff did not call us back despite promising to do so, leaving us waiting in a nearby coffee shop for over 30 minutes. Appalling service. If zero stars was an option, that's what I would've given.
