Bought a table and four chairs - they arrived and all were great apart from one chair which had a minor defect. Have tried to contact the company three times - twice by email and once by phone to which they told me over the phone that they would get back to me. (The emails were left totally unanswered). Haven’t heard back once since and it’s been over 4 months. Great products but if you have any problems, the customer service is shocking.

I had an excellent experience from the personnel of the Tottenham Court store. We bought our dining table and chairs. Ellie has been very helpful, kind and positive and made the whole purchase process seamless, despite the lockdown barriers. Thanks for everything, the new dining set looks lovely.

We bought the indivi sofa from this store. Can, the interior designer, was extremely proactive and helpful. He even designed our whole living room beautifully as well as the custom sofa! Amazing service, and will defo we coming back.

I've purchased the majority of living room furniture from BoConcept, (lounge, coffee table and TV wall unit), and the service I have received has been exceptional from Parminder, who is my designated interior designer for a year and half. From the warm welcome in the store, to the design and planning work to see how the products will fit/look has been highly professional. She places my thoughts at ease as I am forever changing my mind on the products that I like from the showroom, to what will look good on a practical level.
I would also like to acknowledge the BoConcept delivery staff have been fantastic at finalising the last stage of purchase.
Will be purchasing again from the Tottenham Court Road branch to finish furnishing my apartment. My personal preference is to shop in store.

Big shout out to Ellie Kordan - I’d highly recommend her to anyone who needs interior design advice. She took the time to understand my floor plan and design vision. She then chose furniture which fits both my budget, taste and space. I’m highly satisfied with the end product. From design planning to delivery, she was always there to make sure everything went well - in the end, everything was seamless. I would definitely recommend BoConcept furniture; it’s slightly pricy but you get high-quality pieces and good customer service in return.

Bought two beautiful Valencia side tables & the Bermuda velvet polyester footstool after seeing the pieces in the TCR showroom.
I also rate the customer service very high, enjoyed every part of my purchasing process from discussing options with my consultant Gustavo Frisoli to getting updated during the lead time and receiving follow up calls to ensure I was happy with the products.
Can’t wait to go back to buy more furniture.

Excellent customer service. I went into the shop today not realising it was the last day of the additional 10% off everything and I have to say it's the busiest I've ever seen it. I was served by Rita who was absolutely amazing, regardless of how busy the shop was she ensured that I was looked after by offering me a drink and taking the time to assist me with my purchase. Rita is an asset to the store and brand and because of continued service like today I'll continue shopping here.

They lie, promis you everything, take your money and have no regard for customer service. We bought a sofa from them they suggested we go for a certain fabric promising it would look exactly like another. They said they didn't have a sample of the other fabric in store but its exactly the same and more durable.
When it was delivered it was nothing like we had been promised. That's when the nice sales people disappeared and their back office people appeared showing us the agreement.
This appears to be how boconcept operate as a business when we spoke with friends they said they've had similar issues with them.
This is a brand portraying it self as premium buy with zero regard for cursomer service.

My experience at Bo Concept, Tottenham Court Road, was exceptionally good and am writing this review to highly recommend this shop, its Manager and also the staff working with him. So 5 *****!
Four years ago, we bought some furniture for our new home and were helped in making the right choices by a very young Danish Interior Designer: with great clarity and without ever being pushy, he drew a project and dedicated a lot of time, just to make sure we were happy with it. Also my partner was really impressed because we never happened to come across someone so highly skilled, extremely calm, polite and patient, in other furniture shops.
Time went by and we then returned there for buying some accessories. Again, we were assisted by Emil who, in the meantime, had become General Manager, a promotion which didn't surprise us at all.
Just few days ago, I was again in the shop, because we're now looking to buy a lamp for the living room and they do have some nice ones. Again, the experience was good, and I found a nice object giving out a shade of light, not a too bright one.
We never had problems with the home deliveries and also Customer Service reflected the high standard of the General Management.
For this reason, I just want to take this opportunity to thank, also on behalf of my partner, the Bo Concept's staff and their Managers for all what they did for us. It's been a pretty unique experience and we won't forget them. Also, we don't plan on going anywhere else to buy furniture!

A pushy sales culture rather than honest customer service.
We didn't get the sofa we thought we'd ordered. Partly our fault. We should have checked the order details very carefully and checked what terms meant.I didn't write the order. They did. 50/50 I'd call it...
I know what we asked for but according to their salesman it's impossible for him to have made a mistake!
We didn't get a perfect sofa, but at least we got a perfect salesman!

I have been a customer at Bo Concept, Tottenham Court Road for more than 5 years. During this time I have purchased items of varying size and shape. I have developed a good working relationship with the staff at the show room. From the start they have been very professional and helpful. Even now they are very courteous, polite and fantastic hosts offering me a warm drink while I browse round the store. Special mention should be made about Emil Dahl. He has made sure I am completely satisfied with their products and service. When he has not been available, he has delegated the work to Virginia. She in turn has followed through to the same high standards.Thanks to all at Bo Concept! Great furniture, great service!

Excellent service in store when ordering two Fargo sofas and very pleased with the explanation of the options available and the quick lead time. We were given good advance notice of available delivery date and we received a call 40 minutes before they arrived on the due day. The delivery team were extremely courteous and ensured that both sofas were thoroughly checked over and positioned to our complete satisfaction.

My wife and I came here as we were recommend by a very good friend that bought here before. We needed to buy all the furniture for a couple of studios to rent in London. The interior designer that did our project was really helpful and full of ideas so we were very excited about the whole thing. As we were buying quite a lot we asked for a bigger discount that we were told by our friend that he also got it when he bought furniture for the flat of her daughter that is studying in London. When our server asked the manager Emil for the discount he looked at as and then there was no discount for us. I don’t know if he doesn’t like Indian people or what was the reason but we were quite in shock as we always expect to get some discount if you buy a lot. We then went to the shop in Birmingham were we live and were given the discount. This was a bad experience for my wife and myself, also my friend wasn’t happy about it.
I would like to recommend the store in Birmingham and please avoid the stores in London

Came into the store yesterday and it could do with good clean and redecorate. Leaves and dust from the road were all over the entrance and in the shop and not swept up by staff. Not what it once was and the store does not reflect the quality of the product is sells. The staff remain friendly and helpful, however no recognisable faces, due to the continual, high staff turnover that displays on every visit. Store needs to have a refresh put in place to justify the quality of the product it sells and needs to try and retain staff. They should headhunt Catarina Fonseca, once assistance manager who gave us an impeccable service during her time at the Tottenham Court Road branch of BoConcept. BoConcept have an amazing product, but clearly do not have the consistency of staff or attention to detail in their flag ship store to fully demonstrate this.

Very bad management at this store. The manager Emil isn’t a courteous person. I was there and my son was playing around while we were looking for furniture when we could see that he was giving dirty looks to my son as he was playing in a sofa. When I asked what was the problem he said that this wasn’t a playroom and kids were not allowed to play in the sofa. He is a brusque person! Please get over it and understand that families have kids.
Obviously we left right away.

Horrible customer service from the person that called himself the manager of the shop!
I came to this shop and after a while I approached this man called Emil to ask a couple of questions. Everything I asked was too much trouble for him as it was obvious that he was not interested to be talking to me (it would have been a completely different situation if I was a woman as he would not take his eyes from a rather beautiful female customer that was also browsing the shop). He did not help me but wasted my time instead! His attitude was not what you would expect from a manager working in any shop in London. At one point he asked me to talk to any of his employees as he needed to do something else. I honestly don’t care what he had to do but it’s not the way to treat a customer!
I like many of the furniture pieces they had in the shop but wouldn’t not spend a single pound in a place that employs this kind of people.
BoConcept train your managers to be polite and leave their attitude at home.
Avoid this guy Emil if you come to this shop or you’ll have a nightmare rather than a great shopping experience.

I bought 6 expensive metal frame & leather cover chairs from this store a few years ago. Two of the chairs now have backrests which do not hold up and flop backwards - which is already very disappointing. i've never had this with chair before, let alone two chairs our of 6. But what makes it really unacceptable is that the store is unwilling or unable to repair the chairs - even if I pay for the repair. I can't quite believe they are willing to sell chairs, but not repair them. I have used the chairs normally - no children at home leaning back etc. Won't come back to this store or brand.

Modernist contemporary high end quality furniture store in Tottenham Court Road they have very nice well made interior furnishings from floating wall units to some classy light fittings and lovely furniture and tables staff are friendly and approachable,They also over a I teriordesign service so if you bri g in your floor plans they can tailor make alterations to your preferred choice to fit your home.

I bought a sofa from Bo Concept and after 20 years was like new. The quality is absolutely very good and the design is modern/contemporary so if you are looking at Danish design and very good quality this is a very good choice. They are not cheap but this is very good quality and innovative design. The only negative part is that you have to wait 3 months for a sofa and they do not answer to your emails. The brand is amazing but avoid the Tottenham Court Branch because they never answer your emails, they never answer the phone. Something went wrong with my sofa and I had to contact their head Office to solve the defect and TCR branch never called me to even apologise for the inconvenience of the sofa arrived faulty.
