receptionist r the most awful experiences every month, VERY FUSTRATING THE DRS ARE BRILLIANT (if u can get to see them that is) then the interrogation starts. your poorly not well hence y your @ drs NO PATIENT CARE/ consideration . defiantly NOT HELPFUL ONLY THERE TO PASS TIME. MINUS X. STAY AWAY REGISTER ELSE WHERE

Great service provided by the doctors/nurses for grandma. Receptionists are extremely unprofessional, therefore unfortunately making it rather difficult to communicate with them. Really rude, and lack of communication within the reception team. They claim to be following their guidelines/regulations, but each time I've called one receptionist has contradicted the other, triggering them to become irate and often shout when you attempt to challenge them or clarify details.
Get rid and recruit well mannered individuals to represent your surgery :(

1 time my experience little bad bcz of one person there i cnt tell her name but she is very rude and she think she is boss and talking like train speed
But otherwise doctors/nurse
And some reseptionist staff good
I give today 5 start just for some good service only reseptionist

Cannot book an appointment with doctors in advance for test results. Have to phone on the day. On-line system does not always work properly. Phone is ALWAYS engaged from 08.00 until 08.20. When one manages to get through , all the appointments are gone or the ones that are available are not suitable. No late night surgeries available. No early surgeries either. Cannot phone in on a Saturday. Appointments constantly run late. Nurses never turn up on time for work. All the GOOD doctors are got rid of. COMPLETE joke! But then this is England, so what can you expect from the joke of a government and local authorities. Over paid, under worked.
IF you are involved in accident, and you are injured, then you have to pay to be seen by the doctor, so that they can profit from someone else's loss. How low can you get?? No morals, no principles.

I am patient called 8.30 in the morning for a urgent appointment staffs said no appointments requested repeat one medication Which pain patch given for a week from 8.30 A M till 6.00 P. M. Staff refused and asked to call the chemist so iCalled chemist to request medication finally chemist's informed to staff last minute before closing said to keep appointment and see doctor this what some patients are getting more sick andsuffering not helpful staffs are thinking they got all powers do not know how speak to patients

I'm sorry to have to give such a low rating but you have to do something about being so disorganised and clumsy. You can't keep making simple mistakes or be extremely late with appointments for no good reasons.

Avoid use another place where possible. Constantly using locum dr's. Constant miscommunication between reception, staff and gp.
Getting an appointment very difficult.
Only plus is that they have online booking available
