Extensive range of flooring, the store assistant was very informative but not pushy. After offering advice and guidance we were left to view without further input. Very nice not to be rushed. Prices seem to be quite competitive with other suppliers. Will probably go back when we're ok with what we want.

Recently purchased some Luxury Vinyl Flooring from Carpet Giant for our hallway and are absolutely delighted with the quality and fitting. It has completely transformed the entrance to our home and we could not be happier.
The fitter provided by Carpet Giant should also be highly recommended (Andy Savage) as he was meticulous in the fitting of the flooring and attention to detail was great. No mess at all, even brought his own hoover!
This is now the 3rd time we have had products from this local company and will shortly be back to finish our stairs with some new carpet.
Thanks to all involved; quick service, great price, superb product and end result is stunning, this flooring really has to be seen to be appreciated.

Very happy. Reasonable price, no hard sell at all. All appointments kept. Fitter boarded my old, uneven floorboards very neatly and carpet fitted well. They clearly use good fitters which is a relief after previously using another local carpet shop.

Exceptional service had 2 carpet's fit in diff weeks..first next day as had a slot,we finished next room early called them to say if could move fitting and dud it next day..can't fault that,both fitters were very friendly,my only issue was could wear masks and show use of sanitizer as they are visiting diff homes and handling cash regularly.masks while in our homes,as I have elderly parent lives with me,but that's my only issue at this current time..

I cannot recommend James and the guys at Carpet Giant enough. They did an outstanding job on laying the vinyl flooring in my kitchen and bathroom a few years ago that I didn’t even think of using anyone else once we’d finished renovating and extending our house recently. They provided and fitted carpet, vinyl roll and vinyl tiles to my property and I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism that they’ve shown and the standard of work received.

Carpet Giant supplied flooring to our new house, laminate downstairs, carpet on stairs and bedrooms and vinyl in bathroom. The quality of the flooring was excellent and looks fantastic. The two fitters worked like trojans and completed the whole house in one day, cleared up beautifully a credit to Carpet Giant. I can thoroughly recommend this company, good products at a sensible price.

Came here to price up carpets for the whole house, but we wanted them fitted at different times due to us redecorating. We found all the colours we wanted, some were remnants which saved us money as our rooms are big. Dan was very helpful, he spent about an hour with us, he knew what they had in the store when I was asking for certain types of carpet. I asked if we could order the carpets ready for when we'd finished decorating and paid a little deposit to hold for a few months. Would definitely recommend.

I had some laminate from carpet giant a couple of years ago and it still looks great. I have just returned to Carpet Giant for new carpets and again the service did not disappoint.
The staff were really helpful and were thorough with the measurements. The fitter did a great job, and was also friendly.

Came to pick out a carpet last Saturday, Ray was extremely helpful and friendly, amazing customer service and helped us to save £100 on the carpet we were originally going to buy.
Then arranged to have it fitted the follofoll Wednesday, which was done lovely and super quick too!
