Very Bad Service not cleaned properly IRS not worth for £15 as soon as come out from that car wash u can see the marks on the car with dust interior ....this my second time trying them with thought they would have improved..... But same results..........Honestly I don't won't to give even a 1 star ....desapointment

Check what your charge will be before you let them wash your car. DO NOT go by the charges displayed. Apparently a nissan juke is a large car.... Really?! Even though the wheel base is the same as a a clio or a note. £23 is extortionate for a poor wash and vacuum.

Was extremely happy with the service I received! Used this place for the first time today and was not sure what to expect - it was £10 for an outside clean and £17 for outside and inside clean for a small car. My car was filthy as I drive through the countryside for work so I was worried that it wouldn’t get cleaned well enough or that it would take ages but I was soo pleasantly surprised. I sat in the car and kept warm as they cleaned the outside and they were really thorough with moving anything I had in the car to hoover and clean the inside. The guys were also really friendly and lovely too. Felt like it only took about 5-10minutes but the results were brilliant and I didn’t have to wait long even though I had 2 cars in front of me. I’ve had my car cleaned before at other places but this was much better. Really happy to have found them and will be coming back again!

Quick and easy! After reading some reviews I was apprehensive to use them but I went anyway. The service was quick, thorough and affordable. £15 for a scrub, wash, dry and vacuum in less than 20 mins :-) they aren’t going to be your best friends at the end but they were friendly enough and did the job well. Thanks guys!

A bit hit and miss this place, but for £10 for outside clean, you get what you pay for really. Queue can be bad at times (particularly on sundays whilst drivers of more 'luxury' cars point out areas they want cleaned more) but mustn't grumble too much.

I've been using this place for 10 years. They do a really good and thorough job. Very friendly and will go the extra mile. One time I had an issue with the bodywork and they helped me get it fixed. A good team that does customer service.

have been coming here with my dad for 15+ years, get my own car when I'm old enough and they dent the door edge on the wall whilst leaning in to hoover the car. I noticed them looking in my direction after I heard a noise but I thought nothing of it, then when I get to my destination I see the damage they have done. fraudulent behaviour costing me damage to my car and not telling me from their negligence. avoid if you don't want damage to your car doors, the carpet in on the walls they put only protects from scratches but not from denting and bending.

This is a great little car wash and they do a good job on the whole. BUT WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO WEAR JEANS AND BELTS?! You’ll end up scratching paintwork all the time. I wince every time I see them leaning up against a car to clean the roof. Just wear appropriate attire to clean people’s cars!

I've used this carwash since about 2008. Their team are always very thorough and professional - they always go over and above to keep the cars mint. I will bring my Ferrari there one day but for now they can keep my Alfa Romeo looking sharp!

Should have read some recent Google reviews before hand. I have washed my cars here a number of times before (but have not been recently) and though the service and quality of the wash was not great, the prices were reasonable.
However, I went today and they charged me £17 for a 10 minute inside and out wash of my Nissan Pulsar (size of a VW Golf).
They have a sign for the prices with a picture of an VW golf as an example of a regular size car. When questioned on the cost, they did not want to discuss or communicate except to ask for the money.
Poor quality wash, poor quality customer service, bad communication, high cost.. Look elsewhere. I felt semi-scammed after.
They were decent value before, but have gotten too greedy. I will not be going back.

The car wash is good but they make up the price at the end. They gave me no reason for the 50% overcharge compared to the wall. I had to ask if it was because my car was "too" dirty. I have always come to this car wash - but they've lost a customer today.

£17 to get an Audi A6 cleaned inside out. You cant even see the price till it's too late as its displayed after your car us already in the wash.
Rushed job, the inside of the car was hardly cleaned apart from vacuumed.
No attention to detail or care. Too expensive for the service level.

Love this place! They're so quick, thorough and ridiculously cheap. They'll clean inside and out too. Actually, thinking about it, we probably go there more frequently because of the price so we probably end up paying more in total! The car always looks so clean afterwards... And shiny :-)

Went to this car wash today. Had no problems the first time I took another car a few months ago.
However it was a different story today. I drove back home straight away to find numerous small scratches and scuffs in random places all over the car. What's more, the car wasn't properly cleaned. There was still water marks in parts. £7 for the privilege ;(
Very annoyed and disappointed. I will not go back.

Arrived at 2pm on Easter Sunday. The charges are not displayed clearly outside. I was told that it would be £15 for just an outside wash (nearly twice that displayed on the board) because my car was dirty!!! (isn't that the point of a car wash?). My car is a VW Polo, and just had a months worth of London grime on it - no mud or anything else. A joke. Drove straight through - clearly looking to rip people off. Avoid.

I visited this car wash today to get the car cleaned in and out. I felt that it was a rushed experience and the quality is in need of improvement. I was then told at the end i asked for a full valay costing £35 pounds.
When it should of costed £20 to do a in and out job. I payed £20 but my car is not still messy in places and dust on dash borde stilland water marks everywhere. Maybe bjust to busy. Definitely not worth what i payed.if i would price the job done its a £8pound carwash maximum purely on the work on my car today.

Worst car wash in london , advertise Mpv at £20 at entrance for in and out , then try to charge £25 at exit ! Do not wash properly , leaving streaks and dirt all over bodywork , do not bother drying properly and take no care in the job .
When questioned there response was “ we have been doing this for 25 years without you so don’t come back if you don’t like it ! “ avoid this place at all costs much better quality washed in town for £15 and much less arrogant staff !
