GoWashMyCar came out to me yesterday. A really lovely man called Mark who was helpful, polite and professional. My car had not been cleaned for ages, but now looks like new - a great job both inside and out. Would recommend them, and will definitely use them again. Thank you.

GoWashMyCar damaged my car and wouldn't even refund me for the cost of the wash. I returned to my car after the wash to see a big chip of paint missing and the clear top coat damaged. I took the car to a repair service, who said that this happens when a car wash uses a jet wash too close to the surface of the car. I immediately informed GoWashMyCar, sharing photos of the damage. Customer service acknowledged that the paint chip hadn't been there when the wash started, but refused to even refund me for the wash, as "you cannot prove we did the damage." I've been left footing the bill for a wash that damaged my paint *and* the bill for repair. I'm appalled by the poor level of customer service. I couldn't even get a manager to call me back. I strongly recommend avoiding GoWashMyCar.

I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was because of them being over busy the other Week when we had our first sunny week I'm sure they were quite overbooked. However giving them every opportunity to correct the situation they have not therefore have to leave this review. I booked a clean and wax and they came very late in the day and at this point the sun was down and the temperature getting cold. They cleaned the car very quickly applied the wax and it never set. So after they sent a sms of "wonderful your car is now done" I checked and there was wax swirls all over my car. I called to complain and after checking with their cleaner they explained that because of the weather the wax couldn't set. But had I not called to complain they would have taken my payment (which they did) and just hoped I wouldn't notice? Then they offered to come and correct it. They booked a date/time the next day and guess what? Never showed up...

Really professional service. Barry and Paul were really excellent with their communication. I had plenty of issues with my car’s exterior and nothing was a problem to resolve. The service wasn’t cheap but with the high level of the team and the thoroughness of the clean, I would definite use them again.

Stay away from this company. They don't have a functioning booking service as it's not live, so you will not get the slot you book. The customer service is very slow to respond and rarely answers the phone. I was also charged £50 on top of my car wash after it was completed without consent. I will have to report this company.

Barry came in a very smart and professional looking large van with all the equipment necessary to do a full top class valet service. He went beyond that which I had asked, steam cleaning under the bonnet and making my headlights shine again. My car is gleaming inside and out and looks almost new. A very friendly and top quality service. Will definitely make this a regular 'treat'.

Had my car washed, interior cleaned and waxed, and my other half had his exterior washed. The CS staff online were very helpful. The guys who came to wash them were also nice and polite, and they did a good job - both cars were nice and clean. The wax isn't what I've seen before, it's a liquid spray but it has protected the cars and the rain still beads on them nicely. The only issue I had is that the gear stick gaiter was pushed loose during the interior clean, which isn't hard to fix - I would just have appreciated just being let know that it had happened. Other than that, pretty happy with the job and reasonable money too.

So I bought a mini valet from these folks for £32. This did not include cleaning the inside windows. Further they slapped an extra £16 charge for having to deal with droppings. I mean that’s basically why you get a car wash! The pricing is clearly deceptive. The guys who did the job were excellent. Professional and friendly and car cleaned to a high standard.

Had my car washed to-day it was terrible had to show them the dirt all at the bottom of the car and behind the side mirror they said sorry! had to wait until the car was done properly, workmanship very poor would not recommend them.

Easy to book a wash with flexible operating hours, range of washes available. Booked a full valet which was done to an outstanding quality, interior looked brand new and removed pretty much all scuffs off the leather. Carpets shampooed and look like new. Easy to communicate with staff via email and phone. Got a courtesy call an hour before to confirm. Elliot was v helpful and highly recommend. Never had a valet done to this standard before, paintwork came out beautifully at the end.

Amazing Service. Got their Full Valet plus some paint correction work and was blown away by the results. Booking was a breeze and customer service were very helpful. Had the full valet done to my 65 plate x5 m50d.
Guy who came to clean the car was on time and a genuinely nice guy.
The car looks brand new again. Did a good job.
Only two areas that he fell back on. The carpets were not washed (which is included in a full valet) and the alloys weren't washed properly. All wheels still had dirt on them. However he did come out at 6pm and spent 2hrs on the car. So not a bad job.
