Generally good cleaning service. I usually wash my car here when grocery shopping. I've for a dog and they do a really good job removing all dog hairs from back seats.

Visited an IMO car wash for the first time ever on Thursday 8th April 2021 between 4:00pm and 4:30pm. I was greeted by an unpleasant gentleman who looked at me with a blank and non-plus expression when I asked what type of washes were available. His body language was of someone who just assumed the customer would know what the options are. He was stand offish and did not smile once. The staff member in question was not clear about what choices I had so I could make an informed decision. To make things worse when I finally came to pay he barely put the card reader near me so I had to fully reach out of my window to conduct the contactless payment. This staff came across as rude and unhelpful. If IMO had any sense this guy would be reprimanded. He’s certainly not the one for keeping business.

Don't get your car washed here. Satff are very rude and have no customer service skills. Avoid at all costs. Communication skills are very poor and was also made fun out of. Worst car wash in London. Just read half a dozen reviews.. the bad ones have had a similar experience to me! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Went to wash my car today I been informed that we don’t do under chassis cleaning since it’s mentioned on their website that they have this service available.
I have Got free wash code from Ola where it’s clearly mentioned that under chassis cleaning and interior vacuum and I been informed by the staff that they will not do vacuum.
They guy was so rude why they provide their Code to third parties if they can’t manage to wash.

Staff members can be a little rude at times, The site rarely opens on time, and always seem to closes early if its not busy. Usually the machine does a decent a job cleaning the vehicle.

Excellent value. Very strange as I've always got the car hand washed so it was a new experience for me. Guys are polite and make sure you align your car carefully onto the track. Only got an outside wash the first time which only cost £3.50 if you let the guys pre-wash it and it was looking fab after.

I come to the IMO often to get my car cleaned. Always a fast turnaround on cleaning even when there's a que.
Note to thoes concerned the iom being inside the car park. Ask to validate your ticket before you leave and its free to enter/exit the car park to get to the car wash.

A great mechanical and hand car wash in the car park of the Finchley Road 02 centre. It does all the usual levels of car wash and prices, they also do valeting. Sometimes they put out a big banner at the top of access road on Finchley Road advertising special offers, this is usually when I decide that the car could do with a wash. I have always found the quality of the car wash good and the staff helpful.

Cane across imo car wash one day whilst shopping in Asda in barking. cheapest exterior clean In town. Their technology is guaranteed not to scratch your car. Would I trust them with my 5 series. Yes. would I trust them with my sports car. I wouldn't risk it. You do have plenty of options to choose your cleaning type. They do even have vakenting for intern use at a good price too. But that's after you have given it a clean. They will even stamp your parking card if you happen to be at the finchley road o2 centre parking. So you could see it as a free clean after you have had dinner with mrs or watched a film at the vue cinema.

Appalling service. Came on Monday for a valet to be told too busy, come back on Friday before 9am and leave the car for the day. Re-arranged my work day, arrived before 9 to be “no valets today”. Absolutely useless bunch, would never go back.

Very good service. Staff were polite. Did not need to wait. Chose car wash 2 option (£5.50) with fairly good clean although a couple of stubborn bird poos remained. I would definitely go back.

Absolutely rubbish, don't trust them !! I left my car with them asked for the top option in and out ! Came back and paid them without checking inside the car!! All they did inside was only hovering and that's all !!! This is kind of stilling !! Charging people who are trusting them to do the job as promised but not doing much !!
Hate this place!! I was stupid to pay tips on top as well !!!
Make sure you check inside of your car before paying a penny to this idiots.

Didn’t realise at first how awful things were at first, I dont recommend visiting by. Wasn’t a good job. Broke some of my plastics. They tried to fix it but still no answer. Wouldn’t go back also Overpriced.

I always take my car to IMO and never been disappointed and I think they are quite professional and very skilled car wash. The really talking cares of the customers cars in cases not to scratch the paint of cars or damage the other things.

Took my car here 22/12/2018 to get a wash arrived home to find that the mirror cover on the drivers door was missing also Ariel was broken off i went back to retrieve it thankfully it was in still in car wash...... But be warned this type of car wash damages your car so be careful when deciding to wash your car.

BEWARE! They damage cars and don't take responsibility! DO NOT USE THEIR CAR WASH. 2 weeks ago they cracked my car's front windscreen during the wash, and then they lied about it, they said the windscreen was cracked before car wash. When I asked for the CCTV footage, they told us that they don't have it, which was another lie. They're an absolute joke! If you like you car, don't use their service ever.

Went for the full interior and exterior, costing £20. Interior great, exterior on the alloys was poor and I could do a better job in five minutes. Suggest going for the £10 exterior with the protective layer as it lasts quite nicely, and don't get skanked like I did.
