No way to see what the queue is like. Once you enter then you can't back out. Surely they could make it more efficient with better information. For instance there is no segregation of cars that want internal cleaning too

Not particularly impressed.
£24 for a professional wash and loads of areas missed, lots of streaks on the car afterwards.
Polite cashier but the service isn’t worth £24.
The car park valets in Tesco do a much better job for £10-20

I should've come here and read the feedback as most people says don't waste your money, they all right...
Website says you get this and this and that but trust me I wash the car myself and it comes million time better than this garbage..
Go somewhere else and pay half of that and you get same or better than this place..

Very poor quality. Used this company already 3 times. First time was ok, nothing great but. Second and third time very poor service. Rude staff that clearly don't care at all. Plenty of much better places around Kilburn. Bottom line: stay away from this company.

They rushed me through the process of washing the car . I ended up with a barely washed car . They left my windows worst than they were , since it's dark you can't see the result. They have the worst car wash service. Please don't waste your time and money. Worst customer service experience ever.????

The car hardly looks as though it has been cleaned. One of the women managed to be on the phone the whole time while still cleaning the car. All very slap dash. I'll be going back to Scrubbs Lane in future. A much better and more professional service there.

Service at Kilburn is terrible slow and not even washed properly then when you get to dry and finish there is no attention to detail the staff seem more focused on chatting than giving value for money and are so rude!!!

I've been there recently, after wash my car had little spots missed here and there, but it's understandable, it's no easy job. But being open during lockdown and not respecing government guidance? I think local authorities should go and check that place.

And item was taken, manager offended, used swearing words and offended me.

Good for a wash if your car does not have to many nooks and crannies or is not too dirty. Mini valet was not done too well as they failed to remove marks from the seats and failed to property get rid of dirt from under the doors and side skirts of the car. Windscreen was left with smudge marks on the inside from the cloths used.

A horrible expensive unprofessional and very rude people.
I took my car and asked the person collecting the money for car wash the best car wash possible and I specifically asked the car to washed in and out including the seats and doors ect so I was charged more the £25.00 I thought that price was too high compare to local car wash around these cowboys, but thought they might do a good job.
When my car was finished they asked me to collect the car when I went there let her car was washed not any the seats nor the doors.
I said what is this mate you need to clean the car properly another guy came from somewhere in side and explaining that this will cost you another £40.00 EXCUSE ME WHERE ON THE EARTH A CAR WASH COST OVER £65.00
LOCAL AUTHORITIES NEED TO LOOK IN TO THIS BUSINESS!!!

Waste of money. They are always rushing. Water was lefted on my car. Wasn’t dried off properly water marks left on windows and mirrors. I won’t be going back they have gone down hill. The person using the hose to wash the car off was very rude. Not a happy customer.

Paid for the mini valet drive through option, which says in their website that takes 20min but done in less than 10.
No attention to detail, really sloppy job done just a quick dust off the dashboard. Autoglym dressing done uneven leaving it full of spots. There was a fresh chocolate spot on the passages seat which was not touched and a got a disgusted look because the carpet was too dusty and was just hoovered superficially. The place is dark so no wonder they don't see where to clean. I had to finish their work after I left.
In summary no better than the services in other hand car wash which charge less. I went to try the brand and found out they are not worth it. I was ripped off, but it was an one off experience.

It's one of the worst car wash place to go to. They use the same clothes to clean the outside of the car then use it to clean the seats. .. that's no good . I would stay away from American car wash. Unfortunately we have an account with them . I would naver take my own car there. The cleaning is 2 out of ten ....

Cost was £16.95 for inside and out. The clean is “ok” but not worth the money. I will have to finish the job at home. There’s still dirt in the cup holders and the alloys are badly cleaned.

My car is my pride and joy. I spend fortunes on maintenance, but when spending money on a car wash that looks like its just been sprayed down is a real piss take.
When u confront the managment his excuse is they work without sleep.
I can ensure car wash is a tough job but if a massive company like American car wash are over priced and treat there staff like slavery then it should definitely be managed

It's terrible what else can I say. The queue can be very long and the quality of wash is never good. They use dirty clothes (streaks everywhere) and do a poor job of getting the entire car washed or dried. In addition I wonder about the well being of the staff. Avoid!

Isn’t worth the money at all, £21.95 for washing in and out with polishing the dashboard and the doors.
Always have to check my car twice to tell them which parts hasn’t been cleaned/dried, can see stains on the window, you always gotta tell them to finish their job probably which is quite annoying. Staff haven’t been trained professionally and can hardly speak English.
Two stars only because they’re open! and it’s close to where I live.

Absolutely waste of time and money. Unsafe as they tried to use foam cleaning without rinsing first and caused scratches. Paid for in out clean but inside was hardly touched. Only thing done inside was hoovering and that was minimum as well. Seats, windows, vents all dirty. Tyres not cleaned let alone post wash polish. No way again.

I've had it with this place. Been 7 times in the last 7 weeks. Each time the car has come out dirty with brake dust on the wheels. Each time I have had to go over the car again with detailer spray. They have done a great job of creating swirl marks of dirt every time I visit. Given that it hasn't rained, and I don't park under trees the car was never that dirty in the first place and should of been an easy job. Aside from the fact the staff don't seem to care, the place is far to dark and difficult to see anything until you drive out of the premises.

Unless your looking to clean the car in and out again after the wash don’t bother wasting your time or money ! And unless you have an account with them they are a rip off. But they don’t care as plenty of accounts here so they wash really bad. Go to a normal CarWash. They wanted £1.70 extra to put tyre shine. Employees could not care less too !!
