I highly recommend the American car wash in Kilburn, I went to the Brent cross one and after 2 hours they returned my car FULL OF DIRTS. I had to ask them the vacuum and do it myself. Also, they weren’t really welcoming.
On the other side American car wash in KILBURN was so welcoming, everyone was smiling (I was there around 9-9:30am). I was welcomed by a nice lady and an amusing team. The outside car cleaning was efficient and quick, the inside cleaning aswell. They took maximum 30 minutes (I think), so I didn’t wait for long.
When they finished, a man came and asked if everything was ok. HE double checked my car, noticed a small dirts and cleaned it with a smile (HE had a red jacket) .
ANYWAY this fast, well organized and welcoming team made my day. :)

Worst car wash I have been to and they charge 9.95 for just the outside!! Left the car wash and car windows were smeared, didn't even wipe dry the door skirting by opening the doors. Used dirty clothes. Terrible, would never recommend.

Worst car wash I've ever had. Haven't been here for about a year as it got so bad but thought I'd give them another try. Well, it's even worse than I remember, wheels filthy, dead flies still all over the front, dirt on side not even cleaned properly and certainly not dried properly either. Feel completely ripped off, total waste of money. Only reason that they've got one star is that they were open...

Definitely not worth the £9.95, wouldn’t recommend. The only reason they get the one star is that the car is actually cleaner than before. The staff was rude and very unprofessional.

Do not get your car washed here when the manager is not present. Whenever the manager is there he will send the guys to clean the car again because they don't do a proper job. Whenever the manager is not there, they are even more sloppy. Big patches of mud along skirt and bumper left on my car today.

Staff just go through the motions. When I pointed out there was still birdshit on the windscreen they looked at me as I was being unreasonable. The interior clean was a wipe here and there. No attempt at actual cleaning. When I got home I had to repeat the cleaning process and my cloth was filthy at the end with first they missed. So very poor value at 16 quid

Despite the grotty surroundings, my car has always been cleaned throughly and well for the past two years. Yesterday I was turned away - too busy, six cars waiting. Today I went again at a different time and was turned away - too busy. I suggested they needed to take more people on to move the cars through faster. He said no, the problem was too many people wanted to get their car washed!!!!

My car is always shinny. But they always rush and don't dry off the car properly. For that price the finish should be spick and span. They do not clean the inside clean enough. It's when I drive out of the dark in2 the light is when I actually notice. They need more lighting in that place so they can see what they are doing.

Fast efficient friendly service I have been using Amercian car wash for many years although not always perfect they mostly very quick and the detailers will always try to correct where they miss on your car. My favourite car wash is Kilburn as I find the car is always cleaned more throughly and not rushed . Keep up the good work .

Nothing special here (might as well have use any in and out). Used them today and parted with £28 for a mini valet and autoglym spray wax. Had to grab a cloth myself to reach where they kept missing and noticed after I drove away that the vacuum cleaner must have asthma as it failed to pick up loose fibres from the centre console.
Use Wharfside. more expensive but miles better.

Worse car wash so far! I have contract with them, unlimited wash monthly, will never renew the contract again, every time that i wash my car there i need to clean it after they wash it, dont clean it proper, dont dry it proper and inside always stay dirty, when I complained the get upset and most of them dont speak english, manager said that is the job they offer! Please dont waste your money! Everyone i know hate that car wash!

No way it's worth the money, it's actually worst than the £5 ones you see everywhere. It's too dark in there so you can't see how well your car is actually cleaned until you drive out but then it is too late to complain. Wait is way too long, about 30-45mins on a weekday so I imagine it will be way longer at the weekend. Also they claim their contactless it's always broken and can't take cards despite what it says on the website. I assume this is for tax purposes

Absolutely worst car wash service ever, avoid at any cost. You don’t get a thorough clean, they don’t even rub down the wheels properly. When you complain about service the Management tells you it's a car wash don't expect a good service. (Apparently guys are not paid enough, modern day slavery!)

This place is appalling. It’s so dark in there that they can’t see what they’re doing and you can’t see how bad a job they’ve done until you’re outside. My car left covered in as much bird muck as it came in with - a total rip off for £9.50! See the picture below - this is how dirty my car was AFTER they had ‘washed’ it!
