Was recommended Posh Wash via my Tyre Shop in Shepherds Bush.
At first, cautious when hearing Posh Wash and when hearing it was based in Park Lane, I was worried to be quoted a huge amount to have the 19” Alloys on my Mercedes GLA diamond cut.
However, upon contacting I was put in contact with the business manager with whom I communicated via phone and whatsapp. I was quoted an exceptionally good price considering previous reviews and business location. I had explained that due to using my vehicle to collect my children I would like the car back that day if prefferable. Working around my needs, I was invited early morning and as promised, the car was ready at spot on 5pm.
The manager had arranged for a member of his staff to walk me around the car (which had been washed and vaccuumed as part of the service, WOW!) showing me the amazing job that had been done on my Alloys. GOOD AS NEW.
I am someone who never ever leaves reviews however I promised to the manager to repay his kindness and amazing service in any way I could!

I bought four 30 year old classic mercedes rims that were badly painted and Posh Wash completely refurbished them to new condition. They fully balanced and repaired all the damage. The car has never run or looked so good.

Unfortunately my experience has been horrible.
I wish I never brought my car here for a wash.
At a premium price of £20 outside wash only, my car wash left dirty together with swirl marks all over the paint work. Please review the photos.
When I attempted to speak to the owner, his attitude was very arrogant and aggressive ( this is also confirmed by other reviewers below). He simply suggested that for a £20 wash I cannot expect a better job. When I expressed of not being happy with the situation as a whole and asked to provide a resolution. I was told that I can come and get my £20 and never use this place again, following loads of F words and other foul language.
If you really car about your car I strongly suggest to use other place Or find someone who takes pride in their work.

Alex has refurbished my 19inch wheels on my M3 many times and I’m never disappointed with the quality of their workmanship. My wheels look brand new every time ! They are very quick too. Was expecting a good wash and attention to detail for the premium price of £30 for the "california valet", I usually clean my own car so I know how to do this properly with attention to wheels with woolies, pressure washer, snow foam, and 2 bucket wash method. Posh Wash was alround a bad wash with more dirt left on the car than when going in, drip marks everywhere when the "California wash" is supposed to air dry the areas to elimate drip marks. Check the pics. Also was left with a huge scratch across the back windscreen (see pic but didn't come out that well) meaning they use the same cloths for the glass as they do for the most dirty areas of the car. This was just after a quick inspection, I'm sure I will find more scratches and paint damage all over the car. My local wash does a better job than this for £10! Terrible service and I feel sorry for all the people who take their super cars their as they are just getting damaged paint work all over the place!

I have been going to this place for years and I must say all the team, especially James give the best service.
Very friendly and open to all suggestions on how I want all my cars to be finished. They do pay attention and look after my cars as much as I do and I am not the easiest person to deal with.
Well priced and trustworthy. Would highly recommend to all, if you are particular on how you wish your car to be finished and want it left in capable hands, there is no better!

My dad and I get our Rolls Royce Ghost cleaned here and for normal cars the mini valet would actually be great. However I see a lot of high end cars come here and I doubt it's to actually clean the cars because their washing style is very aggressive for the paint and will result in swirl marks like it did on the Ghost. I'm assuming their wheel refurbishment service is excellent hence the presence of such cars. But if you don't care about swirl marks(like my father unfortunately) then I cant really say that many negative things about this place as they do provide a proper wash with the manager telling the workers if they've missed a spot although the fact that you can be a manager of a car wash and not acknowledge the importance of swirl marks baffles me beyond belief. A few recommendations for the business would be to get some softer mitts and possibly provide the option of snow foam.

A highly professional service located in central London. I have had my wheels refurbished there on several occasions, they are always happy to work around my schedule. Their work has always been done quickly but more importantly it's always done to a high standard.
I would also recommend the car wash service if you've got the time!

I took my car here, after hearing great recommendations from friends at work. I wasn't disappointed!
I was very happy with the quality of work provided. You would never have known my wife had butchered our alloys.......... They looked immaculate after they worked their magic on them.
Whilst the car was in there, I also had my car washed. The car looked brand new when I picked it up, just like the day I picked it up from the showroom!
I've seen other reviews on here stating the place was stressful to find.........I genuinely cannot understand why they found it stressful. Just follow your sat-nav and keep your eyes open for the entrance. If you miss it then come back round and try again. I didn't have any issues first time round and I'm sure I wont have an issue when I take my car there next week for its fortnightly clean!

I had my car washed a few times from them but they always rush the job and leave soap and water marks. Just because someone brings a Ferrari or other sports car to be washed so they rush cars that are not exotic.. not very professional. Shame they used to be very good at washing cars

Hit and miss, depending on the day depends on the service, our Ferrari Porsche and McLaren seem to come out better and had more detail spent on them than our daily driven Merc and Bmw, staff are nice though

Rude rude rude. Don't use. Arrived at 12.30, got lied to that they close at 1, in fact it was 1.30 on a Saturday. Was refused a wash, very lazy and rude workers. Speed humps alone ruin your car if you have a low front end. When I kindly asked where else locally washes cars, they said "I can't help you". Avoid like tuberculosis.

Scratched and damaged the paint of my new BMW 7 Series. At the beginning the owner of the car wash stated to deny that they did it, with no arguments just gypsy talk and illogical denial. Was rude saying that "if you don't like it - don't come, this is my car wash". Then was trying to fix the scratches with some dirty sponge. Was behaving as a small kind of those 15m2 of car wash.. DON'T LEAVE your car there!

I've tried to use posh wash several times. Their opening hours do not suit anyone with a regular 9-5 job which is ridiculous? Sometimes they randomly close early on Saturdays too! The one day of the week available to busy professionals as they don't open Sundays. I don't feel they care about new customers, I really hope somebody opens a viable alternative for hyper/super cars as my experience of their pre-sales service is a joke. Also the location is terrible, in a car park off busy hyde park corner which is very confusing the first time you try to find it especially if you are using a Sat Nav. Not recommended, and a highly stressful experience,
