The company doesn't follows the rules. I have booked an appointment that I had to cancel an hour after booking it. The company is refusing to pay the deposit despite being in the cooling off period.
I would never trust them again and will be looking to block the payment with my credit card.
Following your reply, my booking it is worth precising that the order I made was cancelled an hour later. Therefore it is impossible for you to have incurred any costs (materials or manpower), hence the reason for my disappointment.
You mentioned that you were able to recover the cost of the materials, those have not been refunded to me (or no indication that it had been done).
I hope you are more flexible as a small business. I will still contact my credit card company to ask for a refund.

I initially made a mistake with the date when booking my 1st clean. The customer service advisor was really helpful when rebooking me In. The young man who cleaned my car was punctual, professional and did a good job.

Angry, frustrated and absolutely p*issed off with the the service and lack of professionalism. Booked 6 washes over 6 weeks. 1 week issues chemical residue was left on a vehicle which I was afraid or damage my paint. Thank god it didn’t. They had to send another operator to rectify the problem. Fellowing the 2nd and 3rd wash a cleaning operator turned up on the wrong days and I had to consistently call Dropless to tell them to amend the booking which for some reason they couldn’t adjust the first and second time around On there booking system. The 6th wash (if you can call it that) was a joke! 3 smudge marks the size of a fist where left on my car. There was also dust a all over my vehicle. A video and images where sent to Dropless customer rep (Jake) who tried to Rectify the issue but did not offer suitable solution to me “the customer” which would have involved me cancelling my weekend plans. Spoke to the director of Dropless who should find himself another profession , Who “swore on his heart” by his operatives cleaning skills and stated he does an excellent job each and every time, but the funny thing is how can that be stated after you’ve seen 3 smudge marks the size of a fist on my vehicle. I’m not expecting the world or not asking Dropless to solve a worldwide pandemic... it’s a simple service I’ve asked for them to provide which is to come and clean my vehicle as specified in your description of the service they provide. Maybe you’ll have a good experience the 1st time round but good luck having a continued good experience with this company!!!

Spotless with Dropless!
I was a little sceptical about this at first, car washing without water? The car hasn't been cleaned in months so decided to go for the Premium HD service with Clay Bar treatment. Altogether not cheap services but worth every penny for a beautiful finish. A worthwhile investment for maintaining the paintwork and keeping the value of the car. When the service was completed, I was actually speechless. I could not believe my car looked showroom clean (inside and outside) and it smelt heavenly. The paintwork felt like silk and looked like it just came off the production line. I actually took my shoes off to drive and didn't want anyone to touch anything. I will be using these guys on a regular basis. What a great service with fantastic results.

I've used Dropless a number of times and is reliably good. And they come to you. They've increased the price over the last year or so but service is still better than with most valet car washes around.

James came at short notice, early on a Saturday morning and did an absolutely amazing job. The car had been on multiple dump runs, ferried a shedding labrador around and generally not been looked after for some time and now it looks new. Really fantastic service and a nice guy.

I have never used a similar service before but was looking forward to using Dropless on a regular basis. The software didn't allow me to book a regular wash so I just made one at 9.30 on Friday. I got a call saying that it wouldn't be possible to do at 9.30 but would 11 be ok. I said anything before 6pm would do. The car was still not washed by 6pm and I got a very apologetic call from them explaining what had happened and asking if we could reschedule. I said I'd be in on Saturday until 1pm and then back home for 5.30pm. After suggesting a 1.45pm time we settled on them going to wash the car whilst I was parked up to play football. So we said 2-2.30pm and I sent the address of where I'd be parked and my wife's number to call if they couldn't find it. My wife got a call saying that they'd turned up at our house. When I finished playing football I messaged them to say it was getting a little silly and they just sent me an email confirming cancellation of my booking. No attempt to communicate why they have decided they do not want my business or whether they have refunded what I paid for their service. Very promising but ultimately unacceptably poor all round in my experience. Very disappointing. Now trying WashDoctors to see if I have more luck with them.
