Message to the owner of this place: I have been using your establishment for the last 5 years until today, one of your staff (wearing a Rasta hat) cleaned my car with one hand full of metal rings, I was watching him wiping the bodywork of my car with angst.
Basics for any new staff would be to at least not use rings or any object that may damage a car’s bodywork which would cost 10 to 20 times the price of a wash your customers.

Highly recommended. Thorough, reasonably priced, and open 24/7. Used by many London taxi drivers.
When entering the car park, do not use a bank card. You will not have to pay for parking if you use the car wash.

I dread going into this car wash; however it is the last time. Terrible service; they barely hoover, clean and polish, and abuse the customer; if you point out that they have done a sub standard job. And when you tell them why you are cleaning the car yourself as a direct result, they are offended. Terrible African manager who is more interested in listening to the BBC radio than offering any kind of cleaning service. My Taxi driver friends have also had the same experience and have boycotted this Car Wash. Pity, the old car wash in Waterloo of the same group were much nicer people. Not recommended. Visited this car wash for the last time; they simply cannot redeem themselves. Take your business elsewhere. Avoid or have your custom violated.

Outside cloths used inside causing scratches on the plastics, despite me telling the man repeatedly not to use outside clothes inside the car. Staff have very poor grasp of English. Only good thing going is that they’re 24 hours. Definitely wouldn’t recommend these if your car is your pride and joy. Shocking quality considering the location and value of cars they wash.

Great service, you will recieve what you ask for. Mini valet £20.00 ( price difers according to vehicle and service) which is washed out and dried properly, also interior wiped down and clean carpets. Vacuum also done nicely and leaving vehicle looking spotless.
Cash or card payments which makes it flexi.
24/7 hours any time which is good.
Overall great service and hospitality
Would strongly recommend. ????????
