I went there another day and all ladies and one gentleman who helped me picked contacts were so kind and nice. But the gentleman from the glasses. Just horrible! Was very rude and gave me a lot of stress. Giving three stars only for other members of staff.

I had a really good experience at this opticians. I usually go to Boots Opticians in Derby but got an appointment at an earlier date here. The optician I saw was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I didn't have any problems getting through on the 'phone either. I would recommend them.

Had new glasses for work 2 vision. Couldn't get on with them, giving me horendous headaches. Return them and requested single vision, yet still trying to talk me into changing the prescription to 2 vision and coming back yet again if not suitable. That really helps when your work day is on a computer.So they've had over £210.00 of my money for basically no goods received. No one rings you back so when you ring them surprise surprise the person you need to speak is not in. Never again.

Web site absolute nightmare....tried canceling an appointment out of hours....IMPOSIBLE,got so wound up not be using boots again,.even the opening hours stated are wrong.....they open at 9am not 8...grrrr.
