Family business, Miguel and Jo, brother and sister; very professionally run and quality of clean and polish, inside and outside was order of magnitude better than any other car valet services I have used in London.
I rarely leave reviews but I want to support entrepreneurs who put the graft in. They spent c. 2hrs 15 mins. in which even polished out a major scrape on side of a high end car.
Payment by handheld POS any card type taken so v. quick. So (c)lean and agile company.
They were not on time but they communicated they would be via a company SMS text. As they communicated they would be late and then later created expectation on arrival. I forgave them. Worth the short delay. Will use again and highly recommend.

They are great at there car cleaning side of things. The issue is there poor communication and lack of response. I shared my feedback and they didn’t even reply. Lost a loyal customer.

Amazing!!! Joana was so helpful helping me choose the best service for my car, the team arrived on time, extremely polite and when I arrived back to my car it was as if I had just picked it up from the showroom. Highly recommended definitely will be using them again.

Didnt show up. Cancelled in first appointment after saying they wanted to come over an hour earlier due to cancellation but suddenly they had a malfunction??booked se cond time and never got a call to say they were running late up to 20 mins past my.appointment and figured that offering me a 4pm appointment instead would do the trick. Poor service bunch of cowboys. No thanks.

We live and work in the West End and have used 'mobile' car washes for many years - Muscle Car Wash is by far the best we have used.
They are reliable and accommodating. Their attention to detail, both inside and out, is as it should be - excellent.
They take pride and take care in their work and our car always looks like brand new once they've finished.

Had my car washed and honestly he did an amazing job I highly recommended him he did it while I was working and he spent an hour on my car I am so amazed how my car is looking brand new and shine on the car is as though it has come out the showroom!!! The best car wash I have gotten so far he deserves more then just 5 stars honestly 10/10 rating!!!

I met this gentleman outside my work place in Tooting providing his service to another client. And I knew from that second he would be perfect for me.
Because I'm an estate agent I don't have time for myself let alone to get my car washed. All of my local carwashes have closed down so the fact he will come to me is outstanding.
