I went to St John’s Wood Car Wash today to get my Mini washed that hasn’t been cleaned since February. They did a great job and I paid £15. No complaints at all. This was my first visit. I will be coming back.
Having read the some of the reviews - I think some of the negative comments are totally unfair. Run by Indian and Africans which I wholly support. Special props to the young African guy - great guy and he did a great job.

Absolutely bunch of thieves and expensive £15 for outside wash. The clowns use the bare essentials on cleaning products. To begin with they just jet spray the car with no products on the body work or wheels.
My local car wash where it’s £5 use several products before they shampoo the car.
I would avoid this place as it was the first and last time for me!!

This car wash would be great if the people that dry the car at the end put a bit more effort into the job. My dad and I get our Rolls Royce Ghost cleaned here as a back up option and being an expensive car, we request for new washing mitts and everything when getting a mini valet done which comes to a total of £30. However, upon our recent visit I saw one worker using an old mitt despite him specifically saying yes when I asked for new mitts! The black worker that applies the foam in the beginning is absolutely brilliant though. He takes proper care when cleaning the car and just an overall great guy to talk to. The other guys should learn from him and then the place would be amazing.

Avoid. Only one person at each station (wash/dry/hoovering). So when I arrived, there was only one car before me, but the guys were so slow (looked like they didn't care and didn't want to be there), that it took 45mns to get my car washed and rinsed ONLY! By then it was too late for me to wait another 30 mns to get the inside of my car cleaned. Paid £10 for a wash/rinse not even dry, and the car wasn't even washed properly. This is a joke! Will never return!

Just thrown the money in the bin.
Very poor service. Completely incompetent staff. Avoid this car wash at any cost.
The car will be equally dirty but you will have £15 less in your pockets.

At £7 for a wash and dry, it’s reasonable value BUT you guys could be 5 stars if the ‘finishers’ weren’t lazy and learned how to dry a car with a warm chamois, not a cold wet dirty one. Huge difference ?

I used the service today paid for a mini valet £15 and also left a £5 tip for the cleaners, but was sad to see they didn't hoover the back seats. on this occasion I can only leave 3 stars but in future if they make an effort to hoover both front and back I will increase the rating.
