Very efficient and great service. This a is a detailing centre, and although I did not so for their full service, they did an excellent job. It is not cheap but I was very pleased with the outcome.

asked for gold service. there is dust left on the inside of the car. inside rear view mirror / dash board wasn't touched.

The worse service ever. Not worth £20, not even £5... definitely do not go there. They didn’t care about my chairs; they pulled them and push them the way they wanted to the point they broke one of them (Corsa 3 door). Had to tell them about 5 times where to clean because they were not able to see all the dirt on the car. Finally I got tired of telling them and I just left. £20 mini v. took them 7 minutes to do...(interior- exterior) so you can imagine how well my car was washed. Have to clean it again myself....
Don’t wash your car here, it’s just a waste of money!!!!

I was i an rush and after driving a while i noticed they did not vacuum the rubbish from my driver side. I do not live locally, so it is not worth it coming back for complain. Also I had to check if they were careful with the little GB plate that usually come out when you get a hand wash car. Not happy for the price i paid.

They’re charging £20 for a small car, and I had to come back to ask to have the dash cleaned again (didn’t even touched it) and the windows - the minute I got outside in the sun, I could see that they’ve done more or less nothing to the inside.
The outside of the car was spotless- must say

Washed estate car priced like I washed an airbus. £30 Gold service (or s..t service). Outside was washed but inside not touched. Rear ashtrays were full of rubbish, floor mats not cleaned, when boot opened (estate car) plastics on side not wiped, when doors opened dirt all around not wiped. Etc. Very disappointed with the service. Wouldn't recommend.

1. Very RUDE staff. Suddenly opened my door several times without even knocking. I got my wife in the car as well, they just open the passenger door rudely without any notification. 2. My car was not cleaned. I have to finish the cleaning myself. 3. They only use a little detergent on my glass. And briefly wipe it off. 4. They didn't dry my car properly. 5. Not sure if they use the "autoglym" products as they advertised at all.

This car wash used to be good. Now it is terrible. Had to queue for 45 minutes in boiling heat as there were only 3 very fed up, overworked and unfriendly men doing all the work. Once you are in the queue, you are stuck. The standard of the wash itself was dreadful.The light is poor, and so is impossible to check if your car is really clean. After finally driving off we discovered that the car was still dirty - bird poo on the roof and other areas still greasy and grubby.
Also, despite signs saying no smoking at any time, an employee and a customer were smoking unchecked - not great in a hot enclosed space where chemicals abound. An unpleasant experience all round. AVOID!!

instead of paying £14 for i could do a jet wash in shell.. the car is with lanes of dirt, wheels are so dirty at some parts that looks like they did not even bother to clean, it says that the tyres will be “black” again.. did not even touch. stains inside, dusts on the panel and spots on the seats. which is leather.. i mean why then to offer dust cleaning inside if you do not even take a look at it.. all car looks like they just walked around and thats it. why to offer £25 service if you cannot cope with daily basis.. outside looks like it has not been touched.

Would not go back. Paid £14 to have my car washed and valeted on the inside. Still loads of dirt left on the wheels and they didnt even bother to properly hoover the boot or the inside of the car. Air freshener was meant to come with the valet but didnt get that either. Got a cloth when I was home and finished it off myself. Very disappointing as it is more expensive that other car washes in the area. Would not recommend

I am really disappointed after my visit there today. There is so many dirty spots all over the car and they didnt even bother to throw away rubbish from the driver's or passenger's door. Charged me £14 for horrible service, they forgot to clean the wheels and dash completely even though that is included in the price. Never coming there again.

The slowest car wash I've ever visited and no possibility of escaping once you have a car behind you. Just three cars ahead of me but have waited 45 minutes so far and still waiting. Don't bother 'popping' in unless you have an entire day to waste

A half job car wash only...
I was hopeful that these guys would still be able to do a proper car wash, because they had the resources, the facility and equipment. Unfortunately, they were more focused on getting customers out than completing a proper job. I pointed out that they haven't finished the work on washing my car, because there was still dirt and grime on it and they hadn't even dried it properly. There was a very annoying Uber driver in the queue behind me who seemed to take priority to them over the rest of the customers, which meant other customers also complained. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else - just like me, my family, and all my SW18 friends will in future.

Horrible! Chose top service on offer, £30 for SUV. It was barely touched! It was vacuumed and badly washed body with much dirt still on. Chairs nat washed, windows not washed, dashboard not touched, no air freshener, no any nice smell you would expect after a proper clean. AVOID!

Quite possibly the worst car wash I've ever come across. Avoid this and go to burntwood lane golf course, they're much better. If you have a nice car, please don't go here. They skimp on products, don't clean properly and the lady that dries even wears rings while wiping your car.

Had I read the reviews I wouldn't have come here but I must say I received a very good service. Popped in at 10am, there were 3 cars ahead of me and I was out half an hour later having had a mini valet. Given how filthy the car was, I was not charged extra and satisfied with the result. Good value.

This used to be a decent car wash. However since all the local competition closed (Homebase and the one at the junction of the A3 and upper Richmond road), their quality has really dropped and they think they can rip people off.
The last 3 times I’ve been, I’ve had to finish off the wash myself.
Also watch up for the scammer who does the washing with the sponge - he has twice said my car is dirty and I need to pay extra (to him!!!!).
The owner needs to get a grip on this - not only is this guy ripping customers off, but also the owner.
Not going anymore - a real pity.

I called before to ask if they do bikes, they said £10
Upon arrival all of them waving don't come in as they don't do bikes. I told them someone said in the phone they do, so they reluctantly agreed.
They did a hoorible job. Total waste of time and money.
And all the while they we looking at me like I was a blood stained knife.

Was made to pay extra as the car was "extra dirty" (wasn't really). Either way, the car didn't come out much cleaner. Very little attention to detail. The inside clean was particularly poor.

£22 to simply wash and vacuum car; several people working on each car driving through, yet they did not sponge obvious loose dirt off wheels and I had to ask them to run sponge around again. Two of them were too busy arguing with each other to work.
For a very expensive 'hand car wash', I found their service extremely unsatisfactory and will not be returning.

I wouldn’t recommend this establishment at all. Took my car for the Gold Service (£25) this morning and sadly found that I’ve wasted my money on a mediocre service.
I left the car to be cleaned and came back after 30 minutes and was informed that the car had been washed and was ready. When I inspected the car, I found that the boot had not been vacuumed. Neither the manager nor the staff told me that they were ‘unable to open’ the boot, hence they didn’t vacuum it. If I didn’t inspect my car and just drove off, I would have been none the wiser! Also, I found that the overall exterior cleaning was not done properly (i.e. still dirty when you slide your finger across a section of the car) and that none of the tyres were given the ‘tyre shine’.
Overall, it was a slapdash work and would suggest to look elsewhere for a car wash.

I took my car (a Vauxhall mokka) to Wandsworth yesterday to have a mini valet. The inside of my car was vacuumed and that was it. No one clean the inside of any of my windows. No one wiped any of the leather at all. I also noticed the Suzuki jimmy in front of me paid £14 for the same service I paid £18 for and the cars are very similar in size. Plus I had to point out there was still bird poo on the outside of one of the doors before I left!
