Honestly the most TERRIBLE experience ever. Unprofessional and embarrassing service. I called in for In & Out Wash which was horrible. The seats were dirty, the windows had stains, the boot was left dirty. Absolute rubbish service. Does not even deserve one star.

Brilliant service. Absolutely no fuss. They wash and polish to a very high standard and you dont even need to be there ! They can wash your car in the street if you dont have a garage. You get home and there's your shiny clean car !

I have booked a car wash for the following day 03.06.2016 between 10am-11am and no one came to wash the car at W9 address nor any customer service picked up the phone and no response to my emails. On June 6, I got an email from the company saying your booking has been cancelled. LIKE A JOKE. Do not trust mobile car wash companies. If you are in a hurry, either wait or create a spare time to take your car to a proper car wash

I used GoWashMyCar between Christmas and New Year and based on my experience, I'm afraid I couldn't recommend using their services.
Although the car wash itself was carried out very well, the problems started afterwards. When hovering the car, the contractor was using his car battery to power the hover. This drained his car battery to the extent he needed me to help him with jumper cables to restart his car. As a result of this, my car battery got drained and I could only start the car once after he had left.
I regret helping out the contractor at this point. The drained battery not only meant that I missed out on a New Years Eve event, I had to ask several family members for assistance and I missed out on a day of work. My point here is that while it is the right thing to help out a struggling contractor, it cannot be at the client's cost and inconvenience. After all, it's only reasonable to expect that a companies equipment is in working order and fit for purpose.
I discussed the matter afterwards with GoWashyCar and after a somewhat dragging response I was offered a credit not for the 28£ I had paid for the car wash. I have since sold the car so I asked for refund but haven't heard from them since.
In summary: really not worth the hassle.

Utterly useless. Booked to have my car washed on Wed any time. Received an email late Wed night to say nobody was available to do the job. You don't receive any kind of confirmation email on checkout. Emailed their support team on Wed morning to find out what was happening; no response to that either. Waste of time.

Bilal came to Hertfordshire to wash my car. What a gent. Lovely, warm person. Liked him immediately. Car had been stood for 5 months. It was a bit mouldy in and out. Bilal was not phased, bless him. Was COMPLETELY shocked by how clean he got it. Massively exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Especially Bilal.
One xtra thing....I booked when the snow was appalling. Bilal contacted me both by phone and email, understandably, to reschedule....excellent comms. So polite and professional.

AWFUL company. Booked in, washed the car - fine. Came home to find car wouldn't start, so we had to get the AA out to assess - who said it wouldn't start due to the spark plugs being flooded which was caused by the car being put on and off too quickly. I contacted gowashmycar to complain only to receive a barrage of emails back and forth essentially accusing me of lying and not taking responsibility. In amongst these emails they asked to see the AA report, so I sent it through - this wasn't enough 'evidence' for them to claim via their insurance company to cover the damage (spark plug replacement and work associated costs circa £40 so pretty laughable they 'needed' to get their insurance company involved - most likely a deflective tactic). They then offered to refund the car wash, I said yes please. I have received no refund, and they have now ignored my subsequent emails and phone calls enquiring as to why I haven't received it. CROOKS, PLEASE AVOID!
