O2’s customer service is very poor. Their staff are not helpful and their contracts are overpriced offering little value for money. I wouldn’t recommend O2 as a service provider. The phones seem to be sold for existing customers only. The contact length is 36 months. It’s really disappointing that their contracts are poor value for money. The staff are not helpful and finding a good deal is not possible with O2. Excellent customer service is not O2’s priority. Don’t expect O2 to go over and above what is expected.

I have been with O2 for over 15 years & the staff at this store were Great, helpful & I got more info from the young lady in store than I did in Leeds. I got my Daughter a phone as hers was knick & the lady told me that if I want to pay off the phone quicker I can pay more of the bill when ever I like & I can up or down my Data.

I have been looked after by Mona on Friday afternoon. 24th of November 2017. I need 2 Sim Card phone and I needed all my applications ,information and contact to be transferred on the new phone from my two old ones. Mona was amazing. She helped me with everything. I did not expect to leave the shop totally and utterly connected with all my applications and contacts working perfectly.

Terrible customer service, one woman who only part of her name I caught was adamant that a bag shouldn't be left inside as I was having a cigarette by the front door. The security guard ordered me to remain seating. Unfortunately I only caught part of the name of the woman serving me something Elena, a terrible member of staff who made think of changing service provider then and there. A 36 month contract worth £500 at least per customer should not be scoffed at.

Very bad experience I asked why I can't connect on O2 in tube.. They said we don't know... U have to make a appointment with O2 Guru.....then I asked how I can get my call history... They said we can do it here u have to call customer service.. I sort those issues myself... It's very sad that Google knows more then employe in branch

It is very bad custermor service I recieved from O2 in Camden Branch.
I dont think the staffs know what they are doing here. They dont have enough experience to deal with phone problem. It is so Bad experience .
My phone has been contract with them for 1year and half now . And totally Disappointed with Staffs here
