Not recommended at all , not from the staff. Fro the service I have to turn my phone of 5 times a day because the internet is not working the problem not with me only my husband has the same problem!! I wish if I could give ZERO

Terrible customer service. I’ve now been to 5 different Vodafone stores in the past 2 days and not one managed to help me replace a SIM card for a stolen phone. Would highly recommend just using another company.

Really bad services. Both the shop assistant and the manager look really reluctant to service the customers. Appreciate that it is Sunday, but expect a minimum level of enthusiasm about the job.

Probably the worst customer service I have experienced this week. Most of the staff clearly need to go on a course to improve it. Still no where nearer to obtaining or even finding where our replacement router has gone to ... probably because the staff here clearly were not interested in bottoming it out. ????

Wish I could give a minus score but had register a plus 1 score to get on here I am staying with them because I really can not be bothered to go thru the motions of having canceling my contract and going elsewhere, I will be going to another local store to renew my contract. Keep clear of the Covent Garden store

The staff here is very unhelpful, unbelievably rude, very poor people skills. They are very good at losing clients. I will stop my contrat with Vodafone very soon and I do not recommend this place to others.

Extremely poor customer service. Very incompetent staff. Wasted 40min in the shop while lady called Embiyon was much more interested in texting than trying to resolve the problem that I came with. The only valid piece of advise she gave was to "call customer service". Save yourself time and stress and visit another branch.

So after Oxford St vodafone store failed my simple request for enabling my number to be able to make an international call, I pass by this branch and was hoping to solve the problem quickly. Nope. It is even worse experience. Three male employees hanging around the store chatting with each other and laughing, ignored me and were extremely rude. At the end, one of them said: "just call the customer service team they always sort it out for you, it's actually quicker, bye." Then he went back to chat with his colleagues.

Most mobile phone companies are fine until something goes wrong and you need help solving a problem. Having said that, my experience at this shop was surprisingly straight forward. No queue, staff were attentive and service was generally very good.

ONE OF THE WORST STORE I HAVE BEEN IN!!! THEY DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT ANYTHING WITH YOUR VODAFONE ACCOUNT/CONTRACT, THE STAFF JUST TELL YOU TO GO USE THERE SUPPORT PHONE AS THEY JUST SIT DOWN AND DO NOTHING!!! I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT OTHER BRANCHES CAN HELP YOU UNLIKE THIS STORE.

I have been there for asking info about my contract with Vodafone, the black guy who works there is very unfriendly and rude, he didn' t give me any help, completely unprofessional, I change tge company, never again in this shop, I will never recomend this shop and company to anyone! Bad experience, be aware, don't go there!
