Worst Waitrose I've ever visited. The majority of the assistants at the tills are awful. The staff at the customer services are incredibly rude on several occasions. Avoid at all costs!!!

The staff in the branch is incredibly rude. I've witnessed the staff at customer services and check out be rude to customers on several occasions, including to an elderly lady. I've quite frankly had enough of the rudeness and will not shop here again.
