The staff was very nice but there barely have anyyyyybstock, I never go to Superdrug but in this case I HAD to go next door to Superdrug and they had such better stuff and content in comparison to the boots. I never went downstairs

Don't come here if you are after medication prescribed by your GP. They twice denied giving me my medication because they didn't trust the dosage and then the third time the queue was extremely slow and I had to wait the entire time despite just needing to collect.

Its a bit silly that the escalators only go down so you either have to get the stairs or lift to go back up. Also why is there only 1 till for non prescription items downstairs? There's hardly ever anyone working there either.

In this Boots food and drinks are downstairs, if You want to grab somethin fast on the go it takes time to go down etc. Additionally no self-check outs is an dissadvantage. At the till was only one person and a line. Really dissapointed, needs refurbisment and new technologies. It's Oxford street in center of London!
