This is a lovely store though very quiet during the week.
I find the staff in the accessories hall to be very friendly but the staff on the 1st floor clothing to be very snooty. I've been totally ignored on many an occasion.
There is a maid in the ladies toilet. The young trends dept on the top floor has some great brands.
You will find some exclusive skincare brands on the first floor and they have a nail bar and hair dressers.

I recently bought the Most Beautiful Hat. The Saleslady was Excellent! She was very helpful, very professional and ,very kind. What a Wonderful shopping experience and since I wear hats to Church mostly every Sunday I will be visiting Fenwick Hat Department again. I Love my BEAUTIFUL Hat!!!

Seemed I would have felt more at ease if I was carrying a few branded bags and showed I was going to spend a lot of money - had an urge to go back later with Richard Gere's credit cards and start talking about a big mistake...

The Marks a champagne bar on floor #2 serves the most amazing bread Sardinian flat bread. ---- brilliant. And the servers are wonderfully pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be at this round champagne haunt again.

However their edit has changed a few years ago when they employed the buyer from Selfridges all of a sudden size options dwindled not to mention labels and staff that had been there for years! So still a Good store but not as good as it used to be. GREAT for hair accessories!

Love Nathalie @ Clarins Spa. Have been going for years and couldn't be happier. Wonderful treatments and even better beauty therapist with magical hands and lovely personality but strangely do have issues remembering what I'm doing after treatment as so relaxed and feel amazingly fluffy. Always leave with a huge smile on my face ????????????

Nice place where you can find the latest collections of leading brands. There are also beauty salons that provide very good services. Last time a very kind saleswoman helped me to choose the perfect night dress. Many facilities gathered in one building. It is worth visiting, especially if you need something fashionable.

I love it, there's a little bit of everything here. The only problem is if you want to buy a gift card for the whole Fenwick you need to go to the top floor and queue in customer service along with people getting tax free documents... It's endless. I like that they do 20%off on black friday, it's gets extremely busy so service is not the best that day though but the discount is great, better than at the airport

Remember Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she walked into the high end boutique in Rodeo Drive and was told to go elsewhere, basically the staff in the London store are one and the same, truly the most condescending, belittling and rude that I have come across I only went into purchase a Mason Pearson hairbrush was stared and laughed at by the assistants around the store as they smirked and rolled their eyes across the shop floor as I made my purchase. Horrendous

I have only visited their cosmetic department ( mainly Mac counter). The rest of the cosmetic department counters never seemed welcoming to me and the staff are always chatting each other most of the time. The staff at the Mac counter have been very helpful but sometimes some of them show faces when we have only a single item to buy. Every time I go there, all the counters seemed to be very quite with hardly any customers except for the Mac counter.However, the carnaby street Mac store seemed to have a wider products range and more stock than the Fenwick . Therefore I don’t go to the Fenwick anymore. Also , with every purchase from Carnaby street , I have received free samples but nothing from Fenwick so far.

My favourite department store, I'd rather shop here than the others, you don't get hassled by sales people while looking at for instance aftershaves, it's never cramped like selfridges, great ranges of products. Smaller than the other department stores but I quite like that.
