The store manager of Clapham Common Arogos is very rude unfriendly and not polite on 25 of February I went to Clapham Common Argos store for replacement of a phone which had a problem the phone I bought 1 day ago but I had also bought a screen protector. When I asked for replacement of the screen protector she ignored un politely when I ask the reason she got rude and asked the security to take me off the store as I am the permanent customer of the argos and I had never had this experience before with the Argos I kindly request the responsible person of this shop t to the cameras and take the action against that rude and un polite manager.

Yet ANOTHER terrible experience using Argos Clapham. Last time, 'Same Day' became 7 days before we had to cancel due to non arrival. The latest in the Argos saga is a 'Talking soft toys assortment', yet upon wasting time to collect, it seems 'toyS' (plural), 'assortment' (Oxford Dictionary: 'a miscellaneous collection') and an image with THREE toys - ACTUALLY means JUST ONE. Argos are just the worst crooked company praying on customers with false promises and misleading promotions. New year's family resolution: STOP buying from Argos.

I was there on Nov 22, 2020 to return my jewelry under warranty. The stuff is completely incompetent and arrogant!! They were totally unhelpful and sent me to another store even though they could fix the problem. That Argos branch with the people who work there is useless!!!

Rhianna at the till didn't provide the warranty leaflet that she suppose to staple to the receipt (as it clearly says on the monitor in the store when ordering) and obviously didn't bother returning the change and why would you return a customers pennies!!!. Terrible bad habits that need sorting out. The other lady who collected my order was helpful with my query regarding my damaged old product

Have wasted 45 min bec had to go back home to get my Argos card otherwise they wouldn't give me the items purchased online. Quite pointless considering you don't even check the card details but just want to see if i had the card with me (???)

This used to be my local store where I would pop in and buy my sandwich on my way to work. Not any more, as now if you don't spend ten pounds or more on your shopping, you will have to pay for parking. So now, I have decided to take my 'small business' elsewhere.

Dont bother, staff are so rude and customer service skills are awful! Tried to return something which was backed up by law and they refused to let me return it and instead said go back to the store you bought it from. Save your time, dont visit this store and dont bother with argos.

Please do not visit this particular store, I have a really bad experience from this store manager who is Faye I have been to this store to refund the faulty Tablet she has refused to serve me as tablet cover is open and she has pushed the tablet towards and told me "Go back to the store where you got it from I am busy right now I don't have time to listen your complain " and she walked out. . worst store ever.
