This is a bit of an interesting challenge, but I suggest anyone to try and visit this location and get any attention at all before you dare step over their ad hoc floor tapings. Been twice and the same experience both times. Walk up to (an empty counter nonetheless) collect a purchase and you’ll get no greeting whatsoever until you step over the Line That Shall Not Be Crossed. What an unpleasant experience. Go elsewhere.

I can’t believe this store repacks items worth over £300 which have been clearly used and scratched and re-sells them as “new”. Drove over 10 miles to pick up my Dyson vacuum, only to find used product with dirt on the inside and scratches on the outside.

Went to Argos inside Sainsbury's Fulham Wharf for a refund of two items but on two different receipts. Saw the Argos duty manager sitting next to the counter on his mobile phone playing games/texting and chatting to a female worker. Served by a male assistant next to him who was rude, arrogant and aggressive in his approach. Rudely questioning me why I have two different receipts? Why I paid by two different methods? Why I bought the same item? Felt like an interrogation. Awful customer service, the manager just sat there and continued playing on his phone whilst chatting to the female worker. The team working here when this branch first opened were more polite, professional and had better customer service, bring them back! Would give ZERO stars if this site allowed me. Put me off going back there again. Avoid.

The atmosphere is rather Sour, the shop is always very cold, Edward is wonderful the manager rude and aloof, and always check the dates on food, good clothing range and selections of food , seemed to have replaced many good staff with young persons
