Lovely people. But very very sloppy service. I wanted to buy a guitar but they didn’t know how to fill out in a Credit Agreement Form for me so I was asked travel all the way back to the shop next week to fill one in All that inconvenience this will cause me for something so basic. I ordered locally in the end. It’s a shame as I wanted to support shops in Denmark St. Step up RM

Yesterday I purchased my second guitar from Rose Morris and the experience both times has been amazing ! I was served yesterday by a lovely chap called Jake, He was extremely helpful, patient, and took a great level of care to make my experience perfect. i'm now a life long customer. Massive Thanks to Jake For being a Rock N Roll Saint and answering all my question and taking care of all my shred needs. Great store !

I can't remember if I purchased two pianos here or just one... anyway great service and it's nice to pop in occasionally to see what's new. They have the latest Kawai models in the back, I think they're one of the only local Kawai dealers. I do recommend them and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

I decided to get my brother a guitar for his birthday to encourage him to go back to his talent, as he hadn't picked his in years. I knew he would like it. The bad thing was that I had no idea whatsoever about guitars - I just knew I wanted an electric left handed one. The assistant here took his time explaining and recommended me some options, I just had to decide on the price. I picked the one that met my requirements and my brother was ecstatic when he saw it. He didn't put it down the whole evening and we had great time singing along.

I found a perfect guitar I was looking for in a beautiful blue color and for ridiculous price. So i put the deposit down immediately with the intention to pick it up next Friday. However on Friday I got stuck at work, so I phoned the shop and asked them if it would be OK if I come 5-10 mins after closing time. Surprisingly they managed to do that and I went and bought the guitar 10 minutes past closing time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It saved me a lot of hassle and I really appreciate they stayed in there for 10 more minutes to sort me out. I have never seen anything like it. The Guitar is perfect and I can't feel my fingers, that's how often I play on it. Simply FANTASTIC!

I've never had a bad experience with Rose Morris! I've been there a dozen times before I actually bought a guitar. My first purchase with them was a Taylor GS-mini Mahogany in 2013. A guy called Michael helped me choose between the spruce and mahogany top (which were the only GS mini at the time). I was so happy with the guitar and my experience that I went back for a baby Taylor a couple of weeks after. I've been meaning to give them a good review then but I never got around to it as I was travelling at the time. It's my most recent experience that has urged me to finally write them a well-deserved 5* review. A couple of weeks back, I found myself in a problematic situation with another guitar shop. Long story short, Rose Morris' team encouraged me to argue my case and helped me get a full refund. They didn't have to help me at all but they did. Thanks to Rose Morris Guitar's amazing team I was able to carefully choose my dream guitar. Proud owner of a Taylor K24ce. THANK YOU! Special thanks to Lee for being so helpful!

The guys at this store are amazing !! I recently purchased an LTD from them And miles set it up to perfection, I've not had the best experience when it comes to guitar shops But miles has really changed my opinion and set a great example, a lot of guitar shop clerks can be rather rude and do a bad job setting up guitars, especially when you ask them to set it up In a drop tuning such drop C, But miles understood all of my questions and potential worry's and I'm happy to say my guitar sounds great and I'm now a life long customer ! All in all I would recommend this store to all of my musician friends !! Great staff great attitudes and great prices.

I Had 3 hours to kill in london before meeting a friend. As a guitarist I obviously went to denmark street. I had a great time in Rose Morris. Guys were helpful, allowed me to try a PRS Holcomb SE and Jake is a great guy to talk to. I also saw a girl who brought her guitar to change the strings and they taught her how to do it. It was incredible because I live in Paris and our guitar stores ask you to leave your guitar for 4-7 days and charge you to do it...

Guys were ok, I mean their advice was mostly relevant but maybe they weren't extremely excited about helping me. Their assort wasn't stunning - I found just three guitars that I was any interested in. I don't know whether the guitars were nothing special at all (Three different models of PRS SE), or it was just the crappy digital combo amp they gave me (Roland Cube), I bought my new guitar half an hour later at their neighbours' right on the opposite side of Denmark St.

went back yesterday and was treated nicely this time around, hope and assume that my previous experience was bad luck/ an outlier ... //// previous comment //// Incredibly bad experience - was trying a taylor guitar, asked questions about it without getting useful answers - then told the guy that I wanted to buy the guitar and he said he'd get it from the basement. However, nothing happens - I kept waiting with 2 friends. Then He picked up another guitar and started jamming on his own, sitting right next to us, not doing or saying anything. Then put down the guitar and went away, ignoring a customer who just told him he'd buy a guitar... waited 5 more minutes and then just left. Shameful.

I bought an expensive chorus pedal from rose morris, took it home and soon realised it was not working so i took it back and they assured me a replacement would come by the end of the week - it didn't. Week 2 still no chorus pedal now they say it will be yes another week... and they said they can't compensate me for the wait not even a set of strings.

I have just seemed to have numerous bad experience with these guys. After showing interest in a Taylor GS Mini i asked to try one out. I started playing it upside down as i'm a left handed guitar player. The shop assistent allowed me to continue happily. I decided on the purchase with the intention of swapping everything around. I later found out that this guitar is available left handed! I can't believe the shop assistant allowed me to play without mentioning a left handed model which in this case was the same price. Very disappointing. And then came to fitting a piezo pickup calling me back numerous times to come pick it up when it wasn't even ready. Amongst other small things I now no longer shop at Rose Morris.

I wanted to buy Custom PRS guitar today went in the shop at denmark street , it took a while to get acknowledged and I kind of started to scratch my head and then started to look around in different sections in the shop , which was not busy at all ,the staff were talking and most of the time had their backs facing at me and another customer who was less patient and left . I don't mind the staff talking and having a bit of freedom , I encourage it . When I asked if I can try the custom PRS guitar they said to me that the guy in charge of the section was ill so I can't really try it . I didn't give up because I made journey just to see that guitar finally, another guy plugged in and I had the guitar in my lap for 5 min, but the whole experience made it a bit stupid then i have tried to engage some chat with the guys , asked them few questions and the situation improved a little bit . I thought ill try the rest of the PRS guitars just to see the difference there were 2 more , another USA PRS Custom and a PRS Korean one , the other USA Custom was poorly set up which cost £2700.00 and eerm ...... you what I mean . I felt not so impressed with this guitars so I am not so sure if I like PRS anymore... Well thats it good bye guys , now I understand why shops like this don't last long . Friend of mine told me GuitarGuitar in Epsom are excellent for helping customers so I will maybe go there .

The staff are laughing and joking, and one guy was constantly swearing. I know this is a music shop but there were children around. The staff didn't know much about their wares, and were just salesmen. They couldn't care less about music. Not worth your time and effort.

Bought a pedal when I went to London one day and it was faulty when trying it at home. I live two hours away by car so asked for a refund if I send it back via courier. Was refused and told I had the end of the week to bring it back in person or I wouldn't get a refund. In the end I had to sell the pedal to cover my loses. Poor customer service.

Lack of professionalism and no bottom drum heads at all !!! How is it even possible? in a DRUM SHOP? Also the retailer tried to tell me I could use any clear remo head as a bottom one, and when I showed her the difference between the clear and the only bottom one I could find, she said I could also use a bottom one as a batter ...seriously.... this is ridiculous.
