The billing department is horrible. Sent my acct to collections after 10 days when they said their statement was returned for wrong address. After leaving several voice mail messages that were never returned I finally spoke to a supervisor who told me they would send another statement to the address I verified and they would pull the acct from collections.
Never got the statement so called the collection agency and was told the first acct was pulled and a second one was sent to them at end of July. I never got a statement from Neogenomics even though I made sure they had my correct address. These people in billing dept are incompetent idiots.
