As a practitioner, I find it valuable to be using products from a company that offers support and education so as to better serve our patients. Great Plains Laboratory is such a company. It was great to have a follow up visit to help clarify some of the toxin risks, which don't usually show up as a chemical name. Jasmine was very helpful in checking several items out rather than just making up a story about something important to our health. I did find one item after he visit that I couldn't get an answer for by rereading all the info sheets again - PVC plastics do show up in the #9 catagory ( a biggie for us).

It was easy to schedule an appointment to discuss lab results. I had appointments with two different people to discuss lab interpretation and treatments for two different patients. Both were extremely helpful as far as understanding and as far as treatment suggestions. I will definitely be making more use of this excellent service.

Great plains is wonderful to work with. They want people to be whole and healthy and that is very apparent in their client services and the instructional courses they offer. I love that they pair you with an expert to go over the lab results to ensure the labs are being interpreted appropriately. I will be continuing to use GPL in the future.

I cannot say enough about Great Plains, the benefits of their labs, and the expertise and knowledge of the providers. I have many families/complex patients that come to my practice who have been struggling to find answers, that have been suffering for years. Many of these families started coming to my practice through word of mouth because because people were being healed by the labs I did. I would like to take the credit, but it was the amazing diverse testing that Great Plains offers and the amazing clinicians they have that have guided me through treatment protocols that are specific to each individual patient that have led to life-changing outcomes for my patients. I cannot say enough about Great Plains and particularly the wonderful common knowledgeable practitioners I get to speak with and learn from!

Really did not like my consult with Jessica at Great Plains. She gave me advice that strongly conflicted with everything I recently learned in the Masterclass weekend that GPL hosted. I had a patient with several elevations in markers that she explained away as "normal" and I just felt the info she gave me was not accurate.
She also came across very judgmental in her tone with remarks like "Well, why would you put your patient on THAT dosage?" and seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Perhaps she was having a bad day, however I have heard negative feedback from other clinicians that have spoken with Jessica. I will certainly be avoiding her in the future and try my luck with the other reps and hope they are more professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
I truly hope someone at Great Plains reads this and gives Jessica some constructive feedback.
Otherwise, I love the lab and the testing & education they offer.
They do need to do a LOT of work on their portal site, there are certain features that are really lacking, like being able to modify or see shipping info for kits I have had sent to patients. The reps are also really slow to respond to emails and not as expedient as other labs.

Whoever came up with the Mycotox test, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I've been seriously ill for 13 years with no hope of ever finding out why until now! Every single test a Conventional Doctor has ever given-including two mold tests from my Primary Care Doctor and the Mayo Clinic, has turned out normal. I have been a mystery with 25 symptoms Conventional Doctors have never figured out and even misdiagnosed. A Functional Doctor just ordered this test for me, and I am so grateful!!! It was water damage in the ceiling where I worked that affected so many others that are still battling this today and explains the people with cancer too! Because of my insurance I could not see the Functional doctor again. GPL stepped in and said they would give me a 30-minute consultation for free to discuss my results, and I was floored!! It was one the best I've ever had where she discussed steps to take to help heal me of this seriously toxic mycotoxin! And in all my dealings with GPL's billing department to the follow up after the consultation have been prompt with great service answering any questions I had. It was well worth the money and I highly recommend them!! And now I am able to help others I know with, 'mystery illnesses' by recommending this test. Thank you Great Plains Laboratory! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. You are stuck using them if your physician has them as a provider. Craig (rude) and Sosal are a nemesis to the lab. It took 7 calls over the course of a week to get a simple answer. A waste of $300 because I don't trust the testing from the lab. Go elsewhere if you have the chance.

If I could give this company a negative star review, I would. I confirmed with the company before using them that they would be able to bill insurance as it wasn't something I wanted to pay out of pocket for. They called me to let me know they needed a down payment to process. They assured me I would be refunded when my insurance was processed. I let them know I would just not move forward. Then the person tells me they actually already processed so really I didn't have a choice but to pay or go to collections. So I went ahead and paid my part 3 months later they still hadn't billed by insurance. After multiple calls they said actually they can't bill my insurance and I'm responsible for the rest. If you choose to use this company make sure your willing to pay the fee's for it. Its a joke.
