I am now passed the 10 day quarantine period, but not able to leave until I have my results.Test was taken 54 hours ago on day 8and no results. I called and am told I 'might' get the results in a day or 2? At least a reply to my emails would be polite.

We had a great experience. The tests were out in 24 hours. I would like to particularly thank Grace. She was our first contact and she showed extreme patience, with our repeated questions. Her responses were timely and informative.

Pretravel Covid PCR test,
I went there to get this test done. They are absolutly professional.
It is easy to go and find the lab. I went at 9:00 in the morning. The receptionist was very helpful and supportive. I explained that I need the results as soon as it can be. He kindly processed my samples and i have got the results' email just after 24 hours. I highly recommend this lab because it is excellent quick service for good price.

Excellent service. I phoned for information before having the test. The phone was answered quickly and all my questions were answered. On the day of my PCR COVID test, the courier brought my test kit, then brought it to the lab. My result was emailed to me within 24 hours.

Well very disorganized. We had our test for day 2 and no result after 36 hours! Called but line drops when you get near end of qué! Frustrating cost £190 is £380 for us both. In Italy before departure paid €40 each and got results in less than 3 hours. They are taking advantage of us all it's a disgrace

Why are you guys very very slow to issue refunds but very quick to collect money. Very poor admin and customer service..no one appears eager to follows up on customer queries..its been about 6 months now and still counting yet refund not issued despite all your assurances. Shame!

Complete shambles. Was tested 40 mins after my appointment time. The store was too crowded with waiting customers and there were no staff managing the situation. People kept walking in and jumping the queue.
I did the 'rapid' 15 min test. 28 hours on and I still don't have my result. I've sent a number of emails and got no response, you also can't get through on the phones. I understand that they are busy but they should stop taking appointments if you can't service them satisfactorily. I am £100 out of pocket and have no test result.
Avoid this place.

Booked a test the day before tier 4 restrictions came in and then cancelled it the next day as I couldn't visit my family anyway. Was told after several weeks of chasing them that the refund had been issued and I would have it back in 5-10 working days. I am still waiting for it and no responses to any of my emails. Avoid.

I can only speak for my experience, but I only have good things to say about my test. A few weeks back I had covid symptoms so I had to book a PCR test with a courier for urgent results because of work. They came out the next day, waited while I took the swab and I got my results as expected the next day.
I'd definitely get my test here again.

I booked my test a week ago as I am travelling to Spain and need a PCR test. They had plenty of availability and test centres. I went to the one in Slough, the nurse was so nice and calmed all my nerves. I was told that I would get the results the following day in the evening and I got the results within 28 hours as others who have left reviews have done. I think that if you are going to travel and are worried about not getting the results in time then get the test done at one of their clinics and you'll get the results with time to spare! Extremely pleased!!

Please be careful with this company if operating on a deadline!! They promise next day results but just seem to be sending standard 'your results are delayed' messages to all those who have been tested. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone via phone and their "option to wait in a telephone queue" just cuts you off every time. If you have a flight to catch and you need your results to board you will be in for a world of stress and very possibly missed flights!!

Absolutely shocking. I ordered a covid antibody kit which was missing parts when it arrived. I emailed to inform them and they replied asking if I wanted a refund or the missing part. Since I am booked for the vaccine now I requested a refund. Well that was 2 weeks ago and no one has responded to my countless emails, instead I get an automated reply saying they are busy and will get back to me in 24- 48 hours time which they haven’t and the telephone number is redundant. Not sure if I will ever see my money again at this stage.
Very quick to take your money, not too busy for that but returning it is a different story.

I had excellent experience with this company, prompt reply, results within 24 hours. I noticed the majority complained regarding not receiving their results and this was due to undelivered test. I think it is a question to royal mail. I personally experienced lost of my letters and parcel during April-May.(lockdown). So, I can not complain, great service, quick results.

Score not low enough, what a shambles. I would have received a quicker and cheaper service from the NHS .
I ordered a whopping £900 worth of tests from London Medical Laboratory believing we were paying for a fast and fuss free solution. It has been anything but. Two of the six tests have still not been received (despite paying £30 extra for a next day courier).
The other tests were sent on 21/12/2020 and we have still received no results for any. I have called several times and waited in a queue for an hour at one point just to be given the excuse that they are receiving high numbers of order. But to be honest that really doesn't make sense to me, as they are charging exuberant prices for a quick service and therefore should be delivering on those. I cannot fathom paying almost 1k for a service I could have received from the NHS which would have not only been quicker but also free.
Also be ready to be on the phone for literal hours if you call past 9am. If you have a complaint you are told to email rather than being able to speak to someone. I sent an email last week asking o the ETA of the tests and it was ignored.

Did the sample test at my local pharmacy. The PCR swab results were back in 28 hours after I had emailed them. The response from Priscilla was quick and helpful. It was concerning because of the bad reviews hence I had to email ASAP after it passed 24hours from the time the swab was taken and when the courier had collected the sample. It all turned out well as I was able to get the results a day before flying out. Service was great, email response was faster than the time frame given and they didn’t disappoint. Would definitely recommend. Next day results was delivered. Thank you Priscilla and LML.

Service failure to deliver results in time and no response to email at all.
We missed flight to home due to this company's poor service. We did test at earliest time and same place. However, we received only 2 results in next day. I tried to call but repeat sudden cut-off and they sent email me at night regarding re-test for 3 of us. I want to tell them our flight schedule but never answer the phone.
They tell a lie as "PCR swab Test - Next Day Results" and "95% of tests are done on next day and 5% may be required retest."
But it's unbelievable 60% of us need to be retest. And one more thing is we did test together but our sample went to 3 separate lab. It's probably due to internal problem of the lab handled the delayed result sample.
It caused huge amount loss for us such as hotel accomodation for 8 nights, rebook airline ticket with extra charge and we paid another covid test to come back home.
I was terribly disappointed they never response to my complaint email. They do not care promise and service to their customer.

Given the current circumstances I found the whole process to be as I would have hoped - professional, safe and courteous throughout. My point of contact via email was Ramon Silva who always got back to me - to change the date of the test and to answer questions about it and the process on the day. My only suggestion would be that it would be made clearer where the clinic is in Wembley, as it is behind a building on the road it is on and so was difficult to locate. I found the clinic to be safe and the lady who did the test was calm and I was confident that she knew how to take the swab properly. My 10 year old would not have let me do the test on him so it was particularly good to have a calm professional on hand to do it. We got results there and then which were confirmed about ten minutes later by email. I would definitely recommend the Wembley clinic.

Appalling service! My sister is still waiting on a refund, she was told it was approved and sent to her account (weeks ago) and still no refund! I understand we are in stressful busy times but ignoring people for weeks is not ok! We are all in this together and you guys could at least have the decency to refund what is hers and approved in writing by you!

i got my result back in 28 hours which is way less than the 48 hours i was told which is just amazing! i was very worried because of the bad reviews but i’m very happy! also the wait time for calling is very long so i suggest calling around 11pm - 12am as they are less busy during those times!

Went for a PCR test, paid for results within 24h. Results didn’t arrive for several days. I have contacted you via email 28 times via email. I have been told I will be given a refund, but no refund has been recieved. This company is a scam, they do not perform as advertised, they do not have any customer support, you can’t get through to anybody on the phone. They are a money grabbing company who do not take any care into the service they provide or maintaining their own terms and conditions. I would avoid using this company, unless you want to frivolously give your money away.

Have used LML a few times over the past few months and the service has been excellent. The first time I visited them at the clinic to have a Covid test for travel. The staff were friendly and I received my result the following afternoon. The second time was when I had Covid and a courier came to my house waited for me to complete the test and returned it to the lab. I received my result the following evening and self-isolated as they recommended. I have also used their blood testing service and their phlebotomists are skilled and friendly. The results come with some really helpful comments from the Dr. Will definitely use them again in future.

Covid 19 antibody results have not come back. I called the number given to me by the company I bought the test from, starting the queue at number 15. Three hours later I am working backwards from 1, and am now at back at 3. Cool. Have I just thrown about 200.00 out the window? Looks like it! Interestingly the company I bought it through has a fairly decent reputation. Bet they're sorry they teamed up with London Medical Labs. And no, the problem is not with Royal Mail. Just refund the money if you're can't handle the orders.

Awful customer service, false advertising - please avoid. They shouldn't be advertising next day results if they can't deliver, ended up having to cancel my flight and lost lots of $$$ on the basis of a promise this centre could not deliver on. Was guaranteed results next evening only to be told there had been a 5 day delay which would mean I wouldn't get the results till 7 days after the test had been taken. And the isolation period in the UK is only 10 days anyway, so pretty pointless all in all.

Very impressed with the service! We needed COVID19 PCR results for travel plans for 4 of us and found it very easy to book the appointment. There was minimal wait on arrival and we got our results the next day, just as promised. I also found Ramon from customer services very helpful as he answered all my queries before and after our booking. It’s a convenient location for west London base too. Will use again if need travel certificates in the future.

Had an appointment confirmed for this morning for a Covid test at the Marylebone lab (booked on 26 Jan and duly confirmed by email, including payment already taken) and when I showed up, I was advised by the receptionist of a serviced office the company is no longer there. No communications whatsoever from the London Medical Laboratory, and their website cannot be reached at this stage

Paid £189 for a covid home test kit with wait and return bike. Was expecting next day results but no results were emailed back to me. Chased on email and was told that my sample was one of just 5% that needed to be reprocessed. I suspect that actually the lab may just be overwhelmed with demand due to the current Covid situation. Disappointed in the service and communication given the price tag. Had a whole film crew waiting to hear the results of the test. Came back with a positive test 48 hrs later. Was reassuring to finally know. Read the small print about timings and read a good selection of below reviews.

I'm giving this company two stars, which feels a little unfair because five out of the six antibody tests we ordered were processed and returned very quickly. However, the 6th result has never been received for reasons which are unclear. The reason for my low score is their total lack of any response to several emails asking for the result - all I get each time is an automated response stating how busy they are, and to expect a response in 48 hours - which is never forthcoming. It's way past time now when the result is meaningful, and I'd like my money back for the missing test!

There was no social distancing inside. No stickers on the floor or wall to indicate this, nor anyone managing the number of people inside except for once which didn't work.
When doing the covid-19 test, staff were nice and polite. The gentlemen at the reception was nice too. However there should have been better management especially during these times. When we are going to test for a virus we are going to find out if we are safe and keep others safe. So if we didn't have the virus we may have contracted it because there was no social distancing.
