So distressed kept waiting on phone 3 times tried to contact. The answer is by some nothing to do with me. I dont make rules with reductions. This has made me so I'll. Dreadful customer service. Took nearly 2 hours . Understand situation but no real apology. Christopher pincher needs to know dreadful customer service.

An odd bunch of people living in absurd and ridiculous reality. Rent the land to a commercial site then put council parking meters on the only parking around it. What business are they in? Fining people at well. In what age, do you live in? Tamworth Council lives in the age of absurdity.

Some staff are more than happy to be helpful and supportive, but when it comes to putting in a complaint about a member of staff that is vile, unprofessional, intimidating, rude need i go on, they soon have each others back and dont follow there own policies when it comes to complaints. They need to brush up on the terms and conditions along with policies and stick to what it says in black and white and do there jobs properly.

My father had been paying joint council tax for 10 years when he should have been paying single occupancy. This was all sorted out and refunded within a couple of weeks. All staff were very helpful during this time

I am 79 yoa on Oxygen 24/7 your operative working on bin collection service needs to go back and learn how to speak to people with some sort of professionalism. She was coughing and spluttering down the phone, I explained that I would soon be acquiring a new armchair and I asked the procedure for taking this away. I was told I must take it to our bin collection point which I explained was 80 to 90 yards away, I explained that our bins were collected outside my door because of both my wife and I with regard to our health, to which she told me it would be 15 Pounds to which she replied we have no facility for that, at this point I became irate and put my phone down, for my self I would like to apologize for my lack of patience . but I find that your lack of resources to assist O A P is quite disturbing. I therefore place the Council at lowest.

every single time i have been to the council offices i have been spoken to rudely either by the beast on the front desk or by one of the staff on the phones thats if they even turn up where and when they are supposed to missig appointments and then saying its my fault that they didnt turn up. they constantly lose paperwork and then send you letters saying they will take further action. they expect their rent bang on time but they ONLY pay rent in a rears. they leave 3 people in a 1 bed flat for years without the chance of moving because they put all the people with TOO BIG a house to the top of the waiting list just so they dont have to pay an extra £5 or £10 a week.

Tried all morning to get through to pay a bill and also report something only to have to listen to the same message over and over again, even after ringing another department it's the same too. "the number you have called is busy, to use to ring back please press 5". Sort it out Tamworth Council!
