I rang to enquire about my bill, the person that I spoke to could not explain or break it down for me and was not interested in what I was saying, just brushed me off. I asked for copies of my bills to be sent to me to which he told me he could not do, when I told him that I had every right to request them as they are my bills and it's my information his reply was "but that's alot". Very very rude and unprofessional, awful customer service.
