Wouldn't accept bank statement or driver's license for ID. Wanted passport only. Unacceptable. Had to queue for 45 minutes to be told this. It's not true but was dealing with computer says no moron assistant. Avoid and go elsewhere.

The staff was a little bit rude. They didn't understand that I was a tourist so I had no idea how to top up my phone, basically the guy told me "you have to learn so you can do it yourself next time" I'm tourist and you sell sim card for tourists and you have to be at least a little bit kind.

Whent to get a Payg and waited about 20 minutes to get served, when I finally got served and wanted to pay with my phone “contactless” I was told that contactless payments where not accepted “in 2018 in London?” and that I could go to Sainsbury’s to get a 1£ sim and buy a 15£ voucher.. really?
