The worst company to deal with. Taken over 10k a year and has refused to pay out. No point having insurance. Take your custom elsewhere. I'm happy to talk to anyone about this dreadful company. Its taken 8 months for them to come back and say no! Wont even cover the damage. Had to close company now . 40k plus of theft and damage and they won't pay out a penny . We even have police arrests but no!. Do not pay them you might aswell not bother!

Is very stressful to work with them. Im trying to resolve a claim from January and they don't coming back to me with future information what to do. Im waiting for them for more than 2 months. The only contact I have is with brokers and they don't know anything. I asked them for a contact number, and they don't have, I have emailed them many complaints but they haven't responded (it suppose to be 48h) Now Im searching legal advice

I don't write bad reviews but......... An absolute disgrace, my daughter has been left with a botched repair on a car that cost £17000 and that was only one month old! It is an issue that is currently being investigated by the legal . She has suffered personal injuries and has suffered substantial loss of earnings. It took 7 months to arrange a medical examination, a medical examination that took LESS THAN 4 minutes! They asked for so much documentation, which was swiftly produced, yet took 7 months to arrange a medical. They refuse to pay loss of earnings until they receive the medical examination report ( which will probably be on the back of a postage stamp considering the length of time it took) yet they have physiotherapy reports from Thier appointed physiotherapist! They have doctors notes from my daughter's GP, they have a letter from my daughter's employer confirming she is unable to work due to injuries sustained from her crash! Delay delay delay! We sent bank statements from internet Banking,they wouldn't accept them - they wanted hard copies from the bank. She has had 3 claims handlers! It is still ongoing........QBE - You should be ashamed! Avoid using this company like the plague!!!

We have a combined insurance policy with QBE covering public liability and contents and business interruption on our business. in July 2016 we had a fire and the whole business was burnt down. After 4 months we relocated and started purchasing new equipment to get the business back to normality. At all times their loss adjuster was slow to react and issue any payments. Fortunately we had a good balance and funded most of it ourselves as we waited for the claim to be dealt with. 15 months on despite issuing all of the required paperwork receipts etc we are still to get any business interruption payments under the policy equating to over 80K. As I said we we had a good balance sheet but as a word of caution to anyone looking for business insurance i would recommend you steer clear of QBE if you want to maintain your business level whilst you tackle the trauma of a business loss.

The most disgusting service ever experienced. Failure from the beginning. Failure to admit errors. Failure to apologise . Failure to correct the issues and the audacity to have the balls to question my housekeeping. Theyve proven they are nothing but a money grabbing insurance company who will try everything possible to pay out when its needed. Disgusting attitude and behaviour - all to avoid handing over a couple hundred quid and an apology.

A very poor company. They were stated to be the professional indemnity insurers of a major legal claims handler, but did not answer any correspondence! They eventually answered and are now considering the claim!

Absolutely horrible service, worst experience ever. One of their insurer crushed into my car and the way they dealt with it was disgusting. Communication is very poor, I had to chase them every time to get any update, agents are extremely rude and unresponsive. Avoid this company!!!

Won't stop hassling me and my partner after we claimed using our insurance. QBE are the insurance company for the bus that drove into us. They are trying to feed us lies to get us to go with their insurance so they can cut costs. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.
