Will only cover you for theft if your hurt! So unless your beaten or stabbed they don't pay out. Very slow in processing information, dont reply to emails or phone calls. Pretty useless insurance company

Dreadful bunch of insurance scammers. Avoid like the plague. They´ve just taken a payment off me even though I asked them via email to cancel my policy since they more than doubled my premiums just because I moved back to my previous address of 4 months ago. I mean how can insurance for the same premises double in 4 months?... Dishonest. Greedy. Avoid unless you like being ripped off. ps also they charge you a fee each time you change anything at all on your policy, it soon mounts up.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - COMMUNICATION IS SO POOR IT TAKES OVER 2 MONTHS FOR ONE RESPONSE I have been fighting for a refund for a months money since last summer and cancelled the policy, they then took another 2 PAYMENTS OF £30 out my account and they now not only refuse to give me the refund but also the money they Stole out of my account, they offered me £1.24 as a refund. Absolutely disgusting and I want my money back

Updated Siply business about changing a masionette into two apperments, had my policy cancelled, was not offered any more choice in cover, handled appallingly, after various phone calls I was passed onto another broker ! will not be using for any of my business requirments ever again. Now you want to look into it ( via reply to this review) after I have reqested to talk to a manager ect. Please lets not waste any more of my time

DO NOT WASTE TO MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS. they are very happy to take your money, but if you need to make a claim, they will treat you like a criminal. and run a murder investigation on you. even when you provide all the info. they will just let the claim run forever until your policy runs out.

DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY.... We have business insurance with them and we paid extra to take the business interruption cover out with them. However, as covid isn't one of their listed covered diseases, they are refusing to pay out? We are taking legal advice on this but i will certainly be looking at the insurance companies who have helped people during this pandemic for cover in the future. I don't mind paying more to be properly protected by a reputable company. This company had a revenue of 57 million pounds back in 2017 so it is possibly more now but they refuse to help the small businesses... disgusting...I hope Julie Fisher and her company is forced to pay by the courts and their Insurance company collapses..

Been paying for insurance for a year, when it came time to make a personal accident claim after injuring myself at work and being out of work for a month was told by the absolute masochists in the claim department that "computer says no"!! Was the most frustrating 20 minute conversation of my life - clearly they never pay out a claim which in my eyes make them a bunch of scammers - don't believe me, read the rest of the reviews!

Simply Business, not so simple to get anywhere with them when making a claim!? Colleagues who work there don't communicate with each other and they're often misinformation about what what needs to be paid? After paying over £200 for cover, they expect the policy holder to do all the work when making a claim against a third party. Definitely will not be renewing with these uncompromising individuals again.

Short version: Do not waste your time and jump to another option straight away! Long version: They renewed my policy and charged me without my permission without consulting me and with an increased fee! I did not want to hassle and did not say anything so I went with them for a second year but told them to cancel my policy at the end of the year. Now they keep sending me spam mails, texts and even calls even though I specifically told them 5 or 6 times over the phone, via SMS and emails, not to contact me again! Moreover, once I asked for an invoice and it took my several weeks to get a proper one as one of their employees named Jasmine Cartwright’s level of communication was very low. She did not even listen to me properly and kept cutting my sentences, therefore I had to make a complaint to solve my issue. Just go with another company.

Very disappointing feedback from our Landlords using insurance policies purchased through this broker. Claims take a very long time to process and it seems insurer tries hard to refuse genuine claims. We will not be recommending this broker or their insurers in future.

Should've checked the reviews on here before spending half an hour on the phone with this company - they don't listen to you or your neeeds as the customer at all, and are outdated in the way they categorize your business. Avoid at all costs.

Premium goes up and they charge your account for amount they want without serving notice and your concern. Just tiny post facto email 'here is you new policy' with premium much more than prior year, and change you account right away.
