Despite all negative comments, I have to say that it's a great place where to buy stuff for the car. I've been there a couple of days ago and the service was really good, they even helped me out with the installation of my new stereo connecting all the wires necessary. This place is excellent, went to the shop for some advice. Now I have one excellent sound system thanks to the helpful guys in there.. Get Focal speakers you wont regret it. Thanks guys now have a smile on my face with the long drives and awesome sounding tunes.

I had an AUX cable retrofitted into my Audi A3. I was very happy overall. I asked three companies for a quote for this job. The two other companies all tried to upsell me but Dynamic Sounds were honest and gave me a good price for the work. The retrofit was carried out quickly and I found the staff to all be very friendly. I would recommend this company - well done.

recently ordered dab pioneer audio ,,,plus fitting kit for my ford transit mk7 all arrived in 2 days from order ,,spoke to their tech first who advised me on what i needed ...all fitted in now ,and with the fitting kit it was just plug and play ,,,,great product ,,fantastic help from their tech dept ,,,real professional outfit ,,,i am so pleased with this company ,,will definitely use them in the future....thanks dynamic sounds for a great service !!!!!!!!

Just wow. What a amazing job they have done. I bought a genuine VAG sound system which was meant to be a plug and play for my Skoda Tried to fit it myself and failed . I made a mess and blew the fuse and cut my hands .After several attempts I gave up. I decided to pop and ask them to have a look at fit it for me. I've bought many things from them before and never had a issue. I was a fool not to ask them to fit it in the first place. 1 hour later it was ready to collect. No mess and very happy. They even wired my dashcam and hid all the exposed wires. Very professional I didn't even ask them what a amazing service. Can't rate them enough.

Bought a stero from them and had them fit it. Only for it to short circuit my car drain the battery and have me have to take it in for a costly repair elsewhere. Stay clear of them. Plus the stero stopped working shortly after it’s warranty period. Now after reading some other reviews which I should have done sooner I can see I wasn’t the only one this has happened to. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I’m looking for any kind of compensation I’m merely saving any one else the mess and cost I went through to repair the damage they caused. The excuses they give is irrelevant, it never even lasted a year.

I asked a question about a product that I was about to buy. They were automatically really rude and refused to answer whether it would work with the other item I have .I have no idea what their problem is but now I have come across other reviews where they have done this to people. I'm pretty suspicious at this odd behaviour, they blocked me from buying from them too! Mad, all I did was ask about product compatibility. It's like they don't want to sell anything. ..Or one employee with mental issues I don't know. They kept going on about a professional fitter. I was buying to pass on to a fitter, which I told them; course I'm not bothered to mess about with wires myself.

Perfect! The delivery was fast even shipped to France (4 days) Product received as described (kit for Renault Scenic). Works perfectly well in my mom's car. All Good :)

Bad service. They! made an error with the addressing and I had to pay the shipping cost again to receive my purchase. It was their mistake and I had to pay for it !! (12,99 gbp) So, in total I have paid 25,98 gbp shipping costs. The item I bought costed 24,99 gbp. They told me I did not supplied the postal code, but they know I did supply the postal code. They showed me the shipping details, and the postal-code was in it. In fact it is impossible to Omit the postal because it is an required field on their order web-form. Still they keep saying that I did not supply it. Just unbelievable. I payed the double cost because I needed the item and was already waiting weeks for it. They try to silence me on trust-pilot, so for now I continue here until trust-pilot publishes my review again. (I have send them a seperate mail with some proof about the lies of Ds, including our complete e-mail conversation) Customers in Holland keep away from this company, they have a serious error in their shipping system, and they blame you for it.

Bought an aftermarket aux input gadget to play music through my Audi Symphony in my 2001 Audi A6. Dynamic sounds were very helpful in recommending a product and when I fitted it and couldn't get it to work they helped me, and it now works perfectly! they were very quick at responding to email too!!

I first spoke to an Audio Specialist over the phone; who was patient and gave impartial and comprehensive advice; across equipment, installation and setup. Then, when I got to the store on the same day, I was greeted by Bob (one of the Specialist Audio staff) who stopped what he was doing and immediately took the time to demonstrate several different products within my budget - enthusiastically demonstrating features of older and newer models for a solid comparison. He took the time to inform me about the current market and upcoming tech. There was a huge selection of products to view and demo in-store. By the time of purchase it was waaaaay past closing! BUT Alan, one of the Installation Team, chose to stay an HOUR AFTER closing to fully install all of my kit (5 items in total) and get it up and running on the very. same. day... He even stayed to walk me through everything; from connecting my phone to frequency tuning (for optimum sound tailored to my car and speakers) He even answered any remaining questions I had with a big smile and had me on my way with an amazing new install :) I was very appreciative of the superior level of customer service - you would be hard-pressed to find close to this in ANY industry, today. BEST car audio retailers in London with the awards to prove it - I would recommend Dynamic Sounds to anyone from newbies to competition level; seeking impartial advice and unmatched customer service/aftercare. First choice for anything car audio.

Very good service and very good prices ! I was looking to replace the midrange front speakers of vw mk5 so I contacted them for advice . The response was quick and helpful. I ended up buying kenwood e1055 .The delivery was quick without a problem . It took a bit of struggle to fit them but this was the only aftermarket speakers I could find that fit on the place of the midrange speakers . Thank you guys keep up the good work !

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful technical department, who successfully guided me through the available options, and even provided excellent after-sales assistance with regards to the installation of my car's new sound system. In addition to their highly commendable customer service, their prices were very competitive too.

they sold me a faulty car hifi that ruined my battery and alternator and cost hundreds to fix not to mention the stress of having no car and the breakdown. I had to pay to return the item. I keep my car in good condition, had the unit professionally installed and had diagnostics performed on the unit demonstrating the parasitic power drain on the battery untimely resulting in the damage caused. Their response was rude and insulting and the only future dealing I will have with them will be in the form of legal pursuit where I present my video evidence of the units inability to power down correctly and not as described "professionally tested" AVOID AVOID AVOID
