Allan worked on my car (Civic 2006 - 2011) did a wonderful job of fitting my Pioneer unit and reversing camera. The job was done in roughly three hours which was enough time to go and do some life admin stuff and still make it back in time. Allan did a great job of hiding all the cables, putting all the trim back in place and even gave me a little tour of the unit along with showing me what he did in terms of fitting the camera. Highly recommend the team at dynamic sounds as they will walk you through what you bought

Great product at a good price. Was retrofitting a RNS-E Audi Nav + to a Japanese imported Audi allroad, the car had somewhat unique wiring requiring some changes to pin asignments on the adapter but the supplied adapter was very much fit for purpose.

I bought a Pioneer SPH DA230DAB head unit from Dynamic Sounds and along with speakers which I provided, Alan did an amazing install job, including DAB aerial and microphone etc. I'm really happy with both the service I received from DS and the sound I'm now getting from the new system. Top work guys, highly recommended!

If it was possible to leave a higher review than this i would most certainly do it. I went to dynamic sounds in Wandsworth after a different sound installation place did a botched job on my system, Dynamic sounds had great, friendly, efficient service and Allen, who assisted me, was very knowledgeable, i would 200% recommend them.

Do not use this company I purchased a stereo fasia and arrived damaged and they told me to purchase another then return the faulty one so they could make a decision, after sending them photos as they requested. Awful customer service

I took my newly bought Honda S2K to Dynamic Sounds with the intention of just checking out a new head unit. I choose to come here because of great customer service I'd had before even though I had spent no money...this visit was no exception.
Brilliant advice, no hard sell tactics, relaxed, friendly, and professional. So I decided to buy there and then. Allan fitted my new head unit and speakers, and what a lovely chap he is. Top man. The install was flawless and he took the time to explain what it could do and even paired my phone up with the system. Can't recommend them highly enough. Very happy.

Excellent service during the current crisis. Asked for advice on a new CarPlay headset to fit my wife’s car that she uses as a community nurse. Got a instant response and they answered all the questions I had about self fitting and parts required. Ordered the unit and parts and they arrived the following lunchtime. I Had a slight issue working out how to connect the steering wheel controls but they talked me through it. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a new double din head unit and various related accessories. Items arrived very quickly, well packaged and I also received a complementary LED torch and stereo headphone jack to headphone jack lead. Head unit: Sony XAV-AX3005DB Fascia kit: FKIT-HONDA-10 (for 2001-2005 Honda Civic).
My only suggestion is that Dynamic Sounds should include info on the product page that the Sony Head unit manual states: This head unit may not fit some Japanese cars. I had to make a few tricky alterations to various supplied parts in order to make them fit. These were down to manufacturer design flaws for the fascia kit and not the fault of Dynamic Sounds! It turned a 2 hour job into an 8 hour struggle but got there in the end and the Mrs... although totally shocked by just how much of her car I had to dismantle, was extremely happy with the final result. Also, I'm not suggesting you do this at all but bypassing the parking brake sensor is VERY simple on this Sony unit :)

Incorrect information and no after sales support.
Purchased a Mazda Fascia, which was advertised and still does as; "The fascias are made to suit industry standard sized stereos such as Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, Alpine, JVC etc, NOT INCLUDING China units or unbranded units."
So I bought a Single DIN Kenwood (KDC-BT740DAB). Way too big, completed online appication for what models would fit, got no response.
So went for a smaller model Sony (MEX-N7300BD), again listed above, and spent an hour filing the fascia down so the Sony model fitted.
Still no response off company about what models they think should fit!
Wouldn't recommend and won't use again.
And as for therir "excellent" post sales , have a look at what is listed below, just view how they attacked. They have no idea of my skill set and instead of admitting their error, just went on the attack. Surprised they didn't try fake news.
And for the record, fitting the Kenwood was impossible, without the removal of the flimsy side supports, and who the hell would fit a system behind the Fascia. The whole point is it's in front of the Fascia, which is why Sony's is actually bigger than the body.
The idea is always, you slide in and out. In fact both the Kenwood and the Sony had a "case" and side "keys" for it to be slid in and out of!
