I consider myself fairly technical, but not an expert on car stereo fitting. I called to speak to the guys, and after boring the sales team silly :), I was advised to speak to the tech guys, wonderful and they got me up and running with my Sony head unit, I followed the guidance for my new Kenwood unit which arrived today. Worked first time... I will be purchasing from the guys later this year, I'd advise you speak to them... Brilliant work, keep it up!!!!!!!

Had a really good service from this company. I ordered the connects 2 Aux kit for my Audi. I mistakenly bought the wrong one. Customer service were great and very helpful via email. Sent the item back to exchange for the correct one for my model which was very easy and the replacement was posted and delivered within 3 days of me sending it back. The product is fantastic and the sound is fantastic. Highly recommend and will purchase any future after market audio equipment from them. Thanks.

Some of the lowest prices you will see and also amazing quality. Took my Porsche in to get an Alpine stereo ILX 702 fitted. It was fitted promptly and done extremely professionally, actually looks like the unit was factory fitted in Stuttgart. I shall be returning to Dynamic sounds when I feel the need to upgrade the speakers. A big thanks to the team for their great services and very competitive prices.

Ordered a dash cam on Sunday here by Tuesday very impressed. Price was very good.
Used their online question service before placing the order to verify that the cabling was long enough for my truck got an answer that evening out of normal working hours.
Cannot fault the company and would use again.

Amazing services received from the team here, I purchased from them online and paypal had put in the wrong address. (So it was 100% me the buyers fault for not double checking) I got in contact with them quickly; however the item was already shipped out. They went out of their way to stop the parcel and refunded me in full so I can make another purchase, this time with the correct address. Great service. I bought a wiring harness from them that gave me intermittent problems over a few months. Emailed them after six months, they said to send it back. Couple of days later a replacement came and has been trouble free.
Very pleased, will definitely purchase from them again.

Had an issue with my Audi A4 which had stock sound system in place, they took their time trying to rectify the problem, from replacing the head unit etc. For this they were tremendous help and didn't even charge. They recommended me to find a new replacement amp which I did from the manufacturer. From this my sound system is working perfectly. They had helped a lot and did a lot with great customer service. Thats all you need.

Bought a reversing camera from them and when I received it the connector was damaged and fuse was blown. They told me that there is absolutely no chance it could have been received like that and I must have done it (I've worked in warranty testing for a much larger company and know this is not true). Being an engineer I wasn't fussed about the damage as I could easily work around it and did. Also had it looked at by other experts that have been fitting them for years and confirmed it was all done correctly and how they would do it too. Camera only worked about 20% of the time though and when it did there was a lot of the noise on the image, whether plugged into the head unit or other display, so camera obviously had problems. Sent it back to them and didn't hear anything back from them until I called and they claimed they tested it and it worked fine all day long and they didn't have a single problem with it (I'm very dubious). I ask questions and advice to see if we can work out what may have been the problem and all I got was rude, sharp and snappy responses that were just them trying to claim they weren't in the wrong. Apparently they've been fitting reversing cameras for 35 years so can't be questionned... I call bull. Bought a cheap £9 Chinese camera off of Amazon and has worked without fail every time, so definitely not my head unit being the problem.
Happy to take your money but then will throw you under the bus. Poor service and rude staff. Better off avoiding because you'll be sold something dodgy or wrong and they won't admit to being wrong or try to sort it.

I bought a head-unit removal tools, a harness and a radio reception booster from Dynamic Sounds, as I acquired a new new head-unit from my brother, bought from Dynamic Sounds in January 2019.
The unit would reset every time I turned the ignition off. From the first email, the staff at DS knew what they were talking about and provided me with information to resolve my issue.
If only all companies provided Customer Service like this. Always polite, the staff told me what I needed and the parts shipped quickly. DS will be my go-to company for any AV solution for my vehicles.

I'd done a lot of research into what I thought I needed for my Defender 90, and went it to get it from these guys.
They were really interested in what I wanted to do, and why I'd made the choices I had.
They took the time to go through each selection on my list and explain where it would make a difference to the audio, where it wouldn't and what I really needed.
All told I now have a exactly what I was looking for and they've saved me about £300 in unnecessary kit that would have made now difference to the overall quality of my instal.
Great people, great service, great price and a proper high end product selection.

I called the guys first to check on what I might need to fit a Sony stereo in to my Fiesta MK6; really helpful and with a follow up email with a few photos of my dash I was ordering exactly what I needed 15 minutes later.
Everything was well packed and arrived a day before I was expecting it.
All worked as expected and there was even a set of removal keys to fit my old stereo. First class service, very knowledgeable and good prices too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again myself.

Could not fault the helpful nature of everyone there and even fitted my car stereo without making a booking and not making any fuss service was superb efficient and made me very welcome. i just had to go back to these guys for my daughters car as the radio didn't work even thou they hadn't fitted it originally they sorted the problem in mins and was so efficient and polite such a pleasure i would definitely com here again
