I had a pioneer head unit and reversing camera installed - not only did they complete this job they also fixed my speakers at a small additional cost. The head unit and reverse camera was cheaper than anywhere else I looked. Would highly recommended them.

Ordered a reverse camera brake light that said it fitted the year of my vehicle. Got it shipped from UK all the way to Australia to find out it's the wrong version of that year...No mention of that or the dimensions on the item's listing. Now I have to pay to send it back because of a lack of specificity by Dynamic Sounds on the listing - could have saved me the hassle :/ Oh and an incorrect image for the listing showed the camera on the opposite side.
Thankfully they're returning it in exchange for the correct camera (already the same price), but now I have to wait longer and pay for the shipping. No apology or sincerity for the inconvenience either.

Sent me a BMW ISO wiring harness when I clearly clicked on mercedes, like all the other stuff I had purchased with the order. Yes they do fit but the wiring is in the wrong place. I didn't purchase the harness to have to makeshift the wiring myself! I purchased direct as they were in stock in their site and they were out of stock on ebay. I'm summizing they hadn't updated their website and sent the bmw one to get my money.
Honesty is the best policy, time is a precious commodity, and you have wasted mine.
Don't use them as they are clearly tricky people.

Got all the parts i needed to put some newer tech in an old merc. aftermarket faceplate, harnesses, adaptors, aerials, instructions and were good quality. the head unit itself all at decent price too. goods arrived on time and well packaged.
this was my first purchase and would recommend them to anyone browsing different shops. will definitely come back again for future purchases.

Had issues with a kit supplied for the Mercedes c class, audio specialist installed this last week after buying on the 28th April, unfortunately turns out there is an issue with the kit supplied, having none of the original packaging and outwith 14 days purchase I'm left paying for a faulty supplied kit.
Seller could have arranged an exchange in which I'd have been happy to do because it would save me paying double installation and return visits to have this fixed.
Such a shame... 5 cars in the years used and poor service which could have been easily resolved.
Edit was awaiting your reply: you fail to mention that the problem was indeed a faulty connect2 harness which you sold.. I agree you did agree to a return but I couldn't commit because you stated in order to return please ensure product is in original packaging and unused?.. Lol... If so then I wouldn't have found out the product was faulty if it indeed wasn't opened and used.
You'll see I closed the return as the manufacturer has sent another out, a process you could have completed.
6yrs and unfortunately I won't be buying again, unless I really want to buy something, not open it, not use it and send it back to you lol.. Absolute joke.

I wanted information on the Kenwood KDC-BT730DAB so I emailed their Tech dept. to ask what extra connectors I would need to retain the steering wheel controls in my car. The reply was very fast and the advice very detailed which is just what I needed. I was that impressed that it made my mind up to order from them as well, the order came to over £150 so next day delivery was available for free, which in not the norm with other dealers. They were good to their word and my package arrived the next day as promised with all the parts ordered and fitting it in to my car was a simple job everything worked as it should and the Kenwood sound good but would be improved with some new speakers but having said that it will do for me. I can even still hide the radio behind the Citroen Grand C4 Picasso's flap in the dashboard. Thanks Dynamic Sounds.

I wanted a quick & simple upgrade for my son's first car (Toyota Aygo)
After doing some research I went for Sony XS-FB1620E for the front door replacements (straight swap)
I designed & had cut a 22mm thick MDF rear parcel shelf c/w 6x9 holes for XS-FB6920E. I ditched the grills & covered the parcel shelf with foam backed black headlining material.
The speakers are great, Planning to upgrade the head unit nearer the summer.
Great service & products, Couldn't fault them.

Super company to deal with.
I initially did my research online about the products that I needed, however I called Dynamic Sounds with a couple of additional questions which were promptly answered.
I proceeded to purchase online and the transaction was processed quickly and smoothly. The parcel arrived was well packaged and all items were correct.

Ordered kenwood dmx 7017 Friday lunch time and it arrived Saturday lunch time. Had issue with delivery address, not a problem, response in a few minutes. Then needed some advice on fitting kit. I can't comment on the fitting service as this was done locally but I ordered a Sony XAV-AX3005DB head unit with steering wheel control kit and Hyundai i30 fascia plate. All were priced cheaper than elsewhere including Amazon and Ebay and delivery was extremely fast and well packaged. They guys there are always happy to talk on the phone with advice which really helped as well. Fantastic experience dealing with this company and the result is great too.

Exellent service! I turned up without a booking and they were more than happy to fit a new stereo even though they had a client on the way for a fitting at the same time. They could tell we were on a budget so offered a cheaper refurbished stereo first before showing us new ones! i really appreciate that! The whole fitting was very reasonably priced and took less than 30 mins. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back for a Sub-woofer in the near future! :)

After reading all the positive google reviews (and nothing around my way car audio shop wise par halfords) I contacted dynamic sounds Monday just gone 10/2/20 about having an active subwoofer fitted to my volvo v60 as the current premium sound system was lacking a bit of oomph in the low end department and spoke to alun about a possible solution. Within no time with his knowledge of installs I was recommended the alpine swe - 815. With living in south wales (near llanelli) and after the way i was expertly dealt with on the phone (and these boys being in london) i arranged for viewing and possible fitting for Friday the 14/2/20.
After the 4 hour drive up straight away I was made to feel at home with these guys and I got to be honest i could not be happier with the customer service and the product. I was abit dubious at 1st due to the alpines small footprint but to be fair it more than suits my needs and packs hell of a punch for its compact size. I could not be happier with the service, advice and product I have received and any future work I need doing I will 100% contacting the guys at dynamic sound. The install itself (done by alun I do apologise if spelt wrong) is spot on and expertly done. Cheers guys and I have already started recommending. The only downfall is I couldn't swap my volvo v60 for that stunning red Ferrari.

These guys are great. I had a new head unit fitted (not that well) by Halfords into my Porsche 911 and still wasn't happy with the sound. I took it in to Dynamic sounds who looked at it immediately, sorted out my Apple Car Play (for nothing) and quickly found out the amp wasn't working properly. They said they'd investigate and gave me an estimate. I left it with them and the phoned me the next day confirming the diagnosis and had the new amp fitted and finished an hour later!
They are really honest and actually save you money! They could have easily have charged me more, I asked them about putting in new speakers, they said "you don't need them", "what about a subwoofer?" I said - "nope, not required".
I collected the car and just as they said, it sounded great! Completely different.
Other stereo shops had quoted me £1500 to £2/2,500.
the bill at Dynamic Sounds £173!!
Seriously, don't go to Halfords, don't go to other audio centres go here! Honest, expert professionals who know what they are doing and give great prices.
I drove quite a long way to get to them, took a train there and back for collection and I'm so pleased I did!
