Andy is great. Always available, and answers all my questions. I am not a high dollar client, but he doesn't treat me as such. And he made me money!

I became POA for my father when he went into a care home. I tried to transfer his investment to pay for care home costs. They repeatedly put barrier upon barrier in the way. Presentation of the original certificate and my identity was insufficient. I had to get a solicitor to sign each page of the grant of POA then visit them in person. My father then passed away, and my sister who has finally been granted Probate is having similar obstacles. I fully agree for the need for security, but I am persuaded that this company is so far over the top they just want to hang on to the investment at any cost. I would think very carefully before investing in this company. You might not get the money out. In response to the response. My sister HAS been trying to talk to you positively. She tells me you claim to have sent forms for me as POA to fill out, which I never returned, and they cannot continue with the application until they receive the forms. As an ex-POA, I have had, and can have no input into my late father's finances, a state for well over a year now, and to involve me in my sister's claim, suggests it is just another obstruction. My sister, as the executor of my late father's will and with grant of Probate, is a new applicant. Suggest you treat her as such and respect her as such, and not put obstacles in the way. And yes I am more than happy to air dirty laundry in public, rather talk to you personally. I have tried that and it don't work. Thank you.

NO Stars. This is an extremely difficult firm to deal with. I have been trying to assist my elderley mother to withdraw her investments (in order to pay for her care needs) but they continually place obstructions in the way. Initially refusing to accept a certified Power of Attorney ( my solicitor assured me it was properly witnessed) they refuse to act on the instructions of an attorney appointed to act individually (out of two named). Threadneedle are now saying they will not accept the individual instructions of their own client (my mother) unless the two attorneys also make the same instruction. It appears that if you invest in this organisation you may never get your funds released.
