I haven't been! Why is Google asking me?

Was trying to invest £6k. Website would not process my cash transfer but gave no reason. No number anywhere to contact Seedrs on so emailed customer service. 5 hours later no response. Make your own judgement Update. Issues sorted quickly after escalation

I slightly adjusted my rating because someone from Seedrs got in touch with me and I felt like my concerns were heard. I finally got my money but it should've been more straightforward really. Anyway, improved it a bit. I hope in the future they keep working on their customer service. Below my original rating: Super slow and won't invest with them again. Their system doesn't work properly and they are slow responding, if they respond at all. They are withholding the money now they owe me. Won't invest with them ever again. And one of their 5 star reviews is definitely a fake one...

Best crowdfunding platform I have used. The innovation of a Secondary Market for normally illiquid holdings has been a huge plus.

Avoid at all costs. For the love of god, if you put your money in with Seedrs, you won't get it back. They don't look out for you the investor. All they do is get the commissions from your new investment. They don't care other than that. They do this by at the back arrange something with the fundraising company, without doing adequate diligence for you. Your money will be gone after they sign what the fundraising company want them to sign, and they are "too busy" to do proper reviews. They will sign what gives money to themselves and the fundraising company, not you the crowd investor, don't be naive. Your new money will then be gone after Seedrs signed everything on you behalf, selling you off to make their commission happen, that you don't even know existed. Ah, and you won't get your money back because the investment is too illiquid. Seedrs won't inform you of the truthful events on your crowd investment after your money part ways from your savings account. It is a dead end. Don't waste your own money and energy, go to other credible platforms instead such as Kickstarter and Indiegogo.

I recommend Seedrs, they take care of all the legal stuff that i wouldn't be interested in such as getting Share Certificates, HMSO tax certificates, etc. Over 30 investments so far.
