After waiting 30 minutes, my parts finally arrive. One is of the wrong, cheaper brand. I ask for the correct part but I'm told it's the same. I ask for the manager who confirms this, then changes his mind and says they are different and I can get a refund after showing their own website. Absolutely abysmal.

Went during a work day so it wasnt busy at all and it was quick and easy to buy parts that were correct. They even have access to the internet via tablets on the counter and this allows for a click and collect service where you can apply an online discount and pick up straight away for less than you are quoted in store.

One member of staff very rude arrogant ordered and paid for parts waited at the collection counter when parts arrived asked the person for a bag to carry the items rudely turned round and just totally ignored me was abrupt and very impatient even then there's a member of staff who standing quite a Distance away apologise and came over and handed me a only happened yesterday so you can see it on CCTV if any director of the company wishes to view the CCTV they're more than at the Wembley branch

Brilliant. Super cheap parts for your car. Great staff to help ensure you get the right part. Always check online first for offers. E.g. walked in there the other day to buy some stuff, luckily was checking online and got a 30% discount just buy doing click and collect whilst standing in the store. Item was ready in 10 mins. £50 saved. Boom!

At times when I have ordered from Euro Car Parts in Wembley the customer service is extremely poor. The staff are sales driven and very hungry to charge you an extortionately high commission if you don't know what you are looking. All I can advice is you double check the price online before placing an order in the store with them. Ideally I would advice to stay away from them.

They gave me the wrong oil filter for my VW golf even after I had given them my full car registration... on top of that when I went back to return it the guy at the click and collect counter was very rude will definitely not be going back to this place... they sell cheap made in india/China parts very disappointed, and a waste of my time... if you do visit them for parts good luck.
