Parking can be awkward ( on the main road ) but once inside friendly and helpful staff quickly get you back on your way again. Social distancing is also carried out here.

I have been waiting forever to find out at the end they don't have what i need. The guy already serving me left me waiting because he went to help another customer . Try sorting out the problem over the phone if you can and go pay them a visit after otherwise you loose your time.

Really rude and unprofessional staff! They gave me a part that had open packaging and tried to convince me that ‘it’s normal because the technicians check the part’. Definitely won’t be coming back to this branch.

They hang up on me when I have not finished my enquiry. Very rude person with no profession to the service. His name apparently was c.c. Because he was scared to provide his full name but I found out it was either Carl or Carlton. He was asking for my reg number and I spelt it out to him but it seems that he missed primary school so he was unable to understand the letters I was providing him. I told him G then he said no you need to say it out. And when he managed to figure out the letter he said “very good well done”. Can someone in the company give him a lesson in the alphabets? but again he’s working at a mechanic admin job so explains his lack of understanding in English. Ironic when he tries to put on a posh accent. Do not call these guys they are very rude and provide no information when asked for it. They just want to rush customers.

This place worst ever arrogant member of staff black male think his name is Carl or Carlton scruffy guy rude to customers should be sacked and have his head kicked in. Really hope GSF take action against him. Rest of the staff are only slightly better needs new store manager at this branch. Will shop at Eurocar parts from now on.

Call up GSF Harrow rd for a part, was dealt with proffessionally, and courtesly, although i was a pain, the assistant was very accomadating. This is where you need to buy your parts from in the future. Great experiance although they didnt directly have the part, put me on to a sister branch that does.

I’ve spent a week in London and visited many shops and dealt with many people, but the visit to this spares shop the WORST by far.
Stay away people. Life is to short to dabble with fools.
