Our new Tom Tom was faulty.
We took it back to Halfords in Hendon, and we immediately received a brand-new replacement. Excellent service from Halfords. Lovely people.
We always buy from Halfords, as it avoids the vast administration of Amazon.
Bad marks for Tom Tom as this speech problem seems to be very common.
